â â â â â Ein einhalb Stunden Wartezeit nur um Zugang fĂŒr Finanz Online zu beantragen. ca 200 Leute warten auf engstem Raum. Unbedingt vermeiden.
One and a half hour waiting time just to apply for access to Finanz Online. About 200 people are waiting in a confined space. Avoid absolutely.

â â â â â Schicken mir einen Fragebogen zur Eröffnung einer "selbststĂ€ndigen TĂ€tigkeit" welche de facto nicht existiert. Beim Versuch um AufklĂ€rung nach 25 Minuten in der Warteschleife einfach aus der Leitung geworfen.
Send me a questionnaire to open a "self-employed activity" which de facto does not exist. When trying to clear up after 25 minutes on hold, simply thrown off the line.

â â â â â Habe die Familienbeihilfe beantragt. Zweimal - der zweite Antrag im Mai, im Oktober sollte ich etwas nachreichen und im JĂ€nner ist es noch immer in Bearbeitung. Keiner kann mir sagen wie lange es noch dauert!
Have applied for the family allowance. Twice - the second application in May, in October I should submit something and in January it is still in progress. Nobody can tell me how long it will take!

â â â â â Hatte ein Anliegen, bei dem die Zulassungsstelle und die Versicherung nicht so richtig wussten was Sache ist. Das ĂŒberaus freundliche Personal hat sich wirklich sehr bemĂŒht mir weiter zu helfen und hat mich mehrmals zurĂŒckgerufen nachdem sie weitere Informationen bekommen haben. Echt sehr sehr zufrieden.
Had a concern in which the registration office and the insurance did not really know what was the matter. The very friendly staff really went out of their way to help me and called me back several times after they got more information. Really very satisfied.

â â â â â Die Servicehotline ist nicht erreichbar! Man wartet ewig in der Warteschleife bis man schluĂendlich rausgeworfen wird.
Kein privater Betrieb könnte sich solch eine Service leisten- dem Finanzamt ist man leider ausgeliefert. Sehr Àrgerlich!
The service hotline cannot be reached! You wait forever on hold until you are finally kicked out.
No private company could afford such a service - unfortunately you are at the mercy of the tax office. Very annoying!
