Die Arbeitgeber werden gesetzlich getrimmt die Jahreslohnzettel zeitgerecht abzugeben, ansonsten werden Strafen auferlegt! Aber was kommt dann? Das Finanzamt selbst, schafft es nicht, den erhaltenen Dienstzettel elektronisch zur Verfügung zu stellen! Das Finanzamt selbst darf jede Terminfrist übertreten ohne Strafe! Eine Farce, und wieder einmal darf man sich als Steuerzahler über Inkompetenz zur freien Ansicht erfreuen... A typical state-owned company, as one should not expect otherwise in Austria. Employers are legally trimmed to submit the annual wage slips on time, otherwise penalties will be imposed! But what comes next? The tax office itself does not manage to make the service slip available electronically! The tax office itself may exceed any deadline without penalty! Bin im Homeoffice tätig, aber wenn ich oder andere so arbeiten würden, na dann prost mahlzeit I have been waiting for family allowance since March. It doesn't matter how you make ends meet. War das nur 2x und ich habe zurück angerufen. Natürlich wie immer hat niemand Handy genommen. Chef noch, das gibst nicht. Ja, ich zeige MEIN Handy. ?Meine Papiere sind weg. Da ich hab noch gefragt, ich hab keine Kopie dabei, da passiert nichts, geht das nur da oben. Ja... Jetzt soll ich 2 Wochen warten. Wenn nichts, ich soll noch einmal kommen. Hallo, die haben unglaublich sehr viel Arbeit. Und noch diese Mitarbeiter was sitzt dort. Ich hab 3x angefangen zum reden und 3x hat mich gestoppt. Dann hat was gefragt und ich habe gesagt, wenn sie mich reden lassen, werden sie es wissen und nicht fragen müssen. I am not satisfied. I called 20 times. When I made an appointment, the boss told me we called you 7 times. Was that only twice and I called back. Of course, as always, nobody took a cell phone. Boss still, that's not possible. G	Gerhard K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar, man wartet monatelang auf Bearbeitung, hat keine Chance nachzufragen, wird auch gleich am Tonband darauf hingewiesen, dass das nichts nützt. Würde man i.d. Privatwirtschaft so arbeiten wäre jedes Unternehmen in Kürze Pleite. Leider muss man einen Stern vergeben, korrekt wäre 5x Daumen runter! Nobody can be reached by phone, one waits months for processing, has no chance to inquire, and immediately on the tape it is pointed out that this is of no use. Would you i.d. If the private sector worked like this, every company would soon go bankrupt. Unfortunately you have to assign a star, 5x thumbs down would be correct!
S	Sabine A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liebes Finanzamt! Ich versuchte jetzt 5 Tage in Folge zu euch durchzukommen -. Einmal nach 25 Minuten Warteschleife aus der Leitung geworfen, einmal nach 30 Minuten falsch verbunden und dann aus der Leitung geworfen, zwei Mal 45 Minuten Warteschleife ohne jemanden ans Telefon zu bekommen! Man kann leider auch nur aus 4 Optionen bei der Vermittlung wählen: Arbeitnehmerveranlagung, nochmal Arbeitnehmerveranlagung, Kinderbeihilfe und Selbstständigensein! Gut, dann wähle ich einfach irgendeinen Punkt um wenigstens mit irgendjemanden zu sprechen. In der Arbeitnehmerveranlagung hat dann ein sehr netter Herr E. Angehoben und mich doch wirklich verbunden. Leider im ersten Anlauf ohne Ergebnis, ABER ein großes Lob an Herrn E. Er hat es mehrere Male versucht mich dann doch noch an die richtige Stelle zu verbunden! Die Dame dort war allerdings sehr genervt von meinen Fragen und war glaube ich sehr froh mich endlich loszuwerden! Den zweiten Stern gebe ich nur aufgrund des netten Herrn E. Dear tax office! Unfortunately with no result at the first attempt, BUT kudos to Mr. E. He tried several times to connect me to the right place! The lady there was very annoyed by my questions and I think I was very happy to finally get rid of myself! I only give the second star because of the nice Mr. E.

R	Roger Sharp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With an appointment, because of Corona restictions - I was admitted 2 mins before the scheduled time, cordially greeted, and my problem solved in less than 5 minutes! I had forgotten my login details for Finanz online, and these cannot be provided remotely. The agent even had a FON1 form ready in case I had neglected to bring one. She took my form to her computer, and reappeared a minute later with all the details printed out for me. Sorry for the English text - my written Deutsch would make you cry. I see a lot of poor reviews, but the counter staff have always been very helpful at my annual visits. The Finanzamt telephone help is dreadful, very slow to pick up and with disconnects, but that is hardly the fault of the Bruck office.
