Bezirk erfolgt das alles innerhalb von einer Woche. Just slowly. How long do I have to wait for the result of my employee assessment. In the 3rd district it all happens within a week.
M	Martina Novak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe angerufen, weil ich einen Termin haben wollte um meine Arbeitnehmerveranlagung zu prüfen, da ich eine recht hohe Nachzahlung habe. Der 1.Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dann hat er mich weitergegeben an eine Kollegin, die ziemlich forsch war.....genau so stellt man sich einen Mitarbeiter beim ungeliebten Finanzamt vor.....grantig und genervt. Diese Dame ließ mich nicht aussprechen, "über-redete" mich immer wieder mit einem echt unmöglichen Ton. Also mich wunderts nicht, dass das Finanzamt so einen schlechten Ruf hat. Als ich dann -nach ihrer ach so "gescheiten" Erklärung meinte, dass ich eigentlich nur einen Termin wollte, meinte Sie nur "Wozu? Ich habe Ihnen eh gerade alles genauestens erklärt". Ich beharrte aber auf den Termin, daraufhin meinte sie, dass ich das online machen müsste. Darauf konterte ich widerrum, dass auf der Homepage steht, dass man sich unter dieser Telefonnummer einen Termin ausmachen könne. Na gut, sichtlich genervt, gab sie mir einen unfassbar großzügigen Termin von stolzen 10 (!) Minuten und meinte noch, dass sie aber anführen werde, dass sie mir den Bescheid erklärt hat und ich aber auf den Termin bestehen würde. Unfassbar! I called because I wanted to make an appointment to check my employee tax assessment because I have a fairly high back payment. The first employee was very friendly and helpful. Then he passed me on to a colleague who was quite bold.....that's exactly how you imagine an employee at the unloved tax office.....grumpy and annoyed. This lady didn't let me finish, "over-talked" me again and again with a really impossible tone. So I'm not surprised that the tax office has such a bad reputation. When I then said - after her oh so "clever" explanation - that I actually only wanted an appointment, she just said "Why? I've just explained everything to you in detail anyway". But I insisted on the appointment, so she said that I had to do it online. I countered that the homepage says that you can make an appointment at this number. Well, visibly annoyed, she gave me an incredibly generous appointment of 10 (!) minutes and said that she would explain that she had explained the decision to me and that I would insist on the appointment. Incomprehensible!
a	abdelrahman elshimy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der eine Stern ist sogar einer zu viel! Ich rufe an, sagt mir die automatische Stimme, dass die voraussichtliche Wartezeit 3min dauert. Nach langem Warten hört der Warteton auf. Danach hört man im Hintergrund Stimmen im Büro, teilweise Gelächter, und keiner kam trotzdem ran. Nach einer halben Stunde kommt die automatische Bewertung und danach wurde einfach aufgelegt! Ich weiß nicht, was man dazu sagen soll, mir fehlen einfach die Worte!! Da ist dringend etwas zu unternehmen! One star is even one too many! I call, the automatic voice tells me that the expected waiting time is 3min. After a long wait, the waiting tone stops. After that, you can hear voices in the office in the background, some laughter, and yet no one could get to it. After half an hour the automatic rating comes and then they just hung up! I don't know what to say, I just can't find the words!! Something needs to be done urgently!
P	Pet Privat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wäre super, wenn man am Telefon mal aussprechen könnte und einem nicht gleich "drübergefahren" wird... Der Sauhaufen wird sich wohl nie ändern. Mal ganz abgesehen davon, dass die Zeitansage "Ihre Wartezeit beträgt derzeit bis zu 3 Minuten" wohl eher als Witz zu verstehen ist, denn als tatsächliche Zeitangabe. It would be great if you could talk on the phone and not be "run over" right away... The mess will probably never change. Quite apart from the fact that the time announcement "Your waiting time is currently up to 3 minutes" is more likely to be understood as a joke than as an actual time statement.
W	Whiskey Mixer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe angerufen um mir einen Termin zu vereinbaren, da ich meine Zugangsdaten für Finanz Online verloren hatte. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr freundlich und hat mir alles am Telefon erklärt - nicht Mal ein Termin war notwendig. Alle Fragen die ich hatte wurden im Telefonat kurz und bündig beantwortet. Viele Fragen hatte Sie mir auch beantwortet ohne dass ich sie stellen musste. Ich hatte das Gefühl die Dame weiß sofort was ich brauche, und wie Sie mir helfen kann. Da das Amt auch im Lockdown geschlossen hatte, verstehe Ich die Aufregung um lange Wartezeiten eher weniger - bei dem Tempo der Dame scheint es mir so, als wolle man viel liegen gebliebene Arbeit wieder aufholen. The lady on the phone was very friendly and explained everything to me on the phone - not even an appointment was necessary. All of the questions I had were answered briefly and concisely over the phone. She answered many of my questions without me having to ask them. I had the feeling that the lady knew immediately what I needed and how she could help me. Since the office was also closed during the lockdown, I don't understand the excitement about long waiting times - with the lady's speed, it seems to me that they want to catch up on a lot of work that was left behind.
