A	Andreas Haralampieva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, warum arbeiten manche Damen und Herren beim Finanzamt oder üben diesen Beruf aus, eigentlich gehören diese Gespräche aufgezeichnet und ihrem Arbeitgeber vorgespielt, ein Fiasko alleine wenn man Fragen hat die auch beantwortet werden können - wen man höflich fragt sollte man zumindest höflich bleiben oder einen anderen Job ausüben und nicht damit drohen Na sie warten 6. Monate. Dann warte ich halt 6. Monate, auch das Finanzamt hat eine Frist, nur manche von euch sollten den Beruf wechseln anstatt Diktator zu spielen - sie sind Angestellte wie das Volk auch, überdenken sie dieses Schreiben, weil es meistens um einfache Fagen geht. Schönen Tag noch. Ich gebe 5 Sterne weil ich denke das diese Dame ihren Job ausübt - aber ich einfach zum falschen Zeitpunkt angerufen und gefragt habe.

Ich denke, es ist eine Gräueltat, dass dies geschieht, da wir über Geld sprechen, das Ihnen hilft, Ihr Kind zu ernähren. Wir haben wiederholt angerufen, und die Haltung ist sehr unhöflich und respektlos, und sie legen den Hörer auf, ohne sich zu kümmern. Obwohl wir uns mehrfach vergewissert haben, dass alle Unterlagen korrekt sind, warten wir noch immer! An die Arbeiter dieses Ortes: Wenn ihr mit eurer Arbeit nicht zufrieden seid, verlasst sie! Es gibt eine Menge Leute, die arbeiten wollen! My daughter is 5 months old and we are still waiting for help from family allowance. I think it's an atrocity that this is happening as we are talking about money helping you feed your child. We called repeatedly and the attitude is very rude and disrespectful and they hang up the phone without caring. Although we have repeatedly made sure that all the documents are correct, we are still waiting! To the workers of this place: if you are not satisfied with your work, leave it! There are a lot of people who want to work!

One of the staff that I met today was very rude to me, she even raised her voice and said several times that here they all speak only German so nobody is able to help me. Can you imagine? Obviously it was a lie because in the end I was served in English in a very professional manner. That doesn't change the fact that I'm very upset because the way I was treated today and this kind of behavior should not be accepted.

Every employee I dealt with was very polite and helpful. Even the ones that didn't speak English, they made everything to communicate properly all I needed to know/do.
