Leider hat man keinerlei Alternative und dessen sind sich die BeamtInnen sehr bewusst! M	Mario Kadisch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was haben Wir eigentlich für inkompetente Leute in den Behörden.Hatte bloss telefonischen Kontakt weil anscheinend die Hotline für die Familienbeihilfe hierhin geleitet wird.Fakt ist das wir jetzt seit 8Wochen!!!! auf die Bestätigung der FB warten.Jedes Mal wenn man anruft heißt es nur das es in Bearbeitung ist.Zuletzt wurde mir von einer Mitarbeiterin gesagt es wäre Ihr egal wie oft Ich anrufe weil Sie sowieso die ganze Zeit reden müsste.Ohne die Bestätigung bekommen wir kein Kinderbetreuungsgeld kein Papamonatgeld und sind nun diesen Monat ohne Einkommen.In der Privatwirtschaft wären diese Leute wohl längst Pleite und arbeitslos. Als meine Frau ihren Steuerausgleich gemacht hat und teilweise selbständige Einkünfte hatte, kamen wir zu einem unglaublich hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter, der uns mehr erklärte als er hätte müssen. Habe eher damit gerechnet, dass er uns einfach zu einem Steuerberater schickt - brauchten wir dann aber nicht mehr, weil alles perfekt erklärt war. Einen Stern Abzug gebe ich nur wegen der Öffnungszeiten - die sind nicht sehr „kundenfreundlich“. Aber sonst alles Top. I can only report positive things. When my wife made her tax compensation and had partly independent income, we came across an incredibly helpful employee who explained more to us than he should have. Rather, I expected that he would simply send us to a tax advisor - but we didn't need it anymore because everything was perfectly explained. I only give a star deduction because of the opening times - they are not very "customer-friendly". But otherwise everything was great.

Werbekosten 2x abgelehnt und im Endeffekt wurde meiner Berufung (Beschwerde) durch das Bundesfinanzgericht VOLLINHATLICH IN ALLEN BELANGEN! Recht gegeben. Es besteht derEindruck einer willkürlichen Beurteilung des Steueraktes durch die zuständige Sachbearbeiterin... Absolutely incompetent, overwhelmed by technical assessments and not able to meet deadlines ... Advertising costs rejected twice and in the end my appeal (complaint) by the Federal Finance Court was FULLY INCLUDED IN ALL MATTERS! Right. There is the impression of an arbitrary assessment of the tax file by the responsible clerk ...

Ich musste in der Warteschleife für die Auskunft zur Familienbeihilfe nur circa 5 Minuten warten, was für mich vollkommen ok ist. Die Beratung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. 1 Stern Abzug, weil man keine Ahnung hat, wie lange zu warten ist, wenn man in der Schleife ist. Es wäre beispielsweise hilfreich wenn man den Platz in der Warteschleife wüsste. Update 21.7. - Leider muss ich heute von 4 Sternen auf 1 Stern reduzieren. Lange Wartezeit ohne Info, an welcher Position in der Warteschleife man ist, unfreundliche Auskunft, kein sinnerfassendes Zuhören vor dem Wiederholen von Floskeln. The advice was very friendly and courteous. 1 star deduction because you have no idea how long to wait when you're in the loop. It would be helpful, for example, to know the place on hold. Long waiting time without information about which position you are in the queue, unfriendly information, no meaningful listening before repeating empty phrases.

Dafür, dass man als Staatsbürger versucht online einen Antrag einzubringen und die Arbeit der Beamten macht vergeudet man seine Zeit am Telefon und hängt in der Warteschleife, bis man nach einer 1/2 Stunde aufgibt. The waiting time in the telephone loop is unreasonable! Tried several times to reach an officer, it's hopeless. have been trying for a few days. As a citizen you try to submit an application online and do the work of the officials, you waste your time on the phone and hang on the queue until you give up after half an hour.
