Es ist ein Donnerstag Nie gehts ihr ans Telefon INKOMPETENT sagt man zu solchen Mitarbeitern It's 4:20pm closes 5pm on the phone you can hear out of hours Can you read or understand the clock??? H	Horst Wittrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unfassbar wie ignorant und unfreundlich man sein kann, und wie lange man in einer leitung hängt mit falschen zeitangaben, und ohne information, mitarbeiter schulen, dann ist das steuergeld auch mal sinnvoll eingesetzt, und die der hochmut und die überheblichkeit werden etwas in zaum gehalten, und Beamte die zusätzlich um 15:25 alles fallen lassen obwohl bis 15:30 erreichbarkeit kommuniziert wird sind heutzutage out, das war voriges Jahrtausend, genieren sie sich.... unbelievable how ignorant and unfriendly one can be, and how long one hangs in a line with incorrect time information, and without information, train employees, then the tax money is also used sensibly, and the arrogance and arrogance are kept in check, and officials who also drop everything at 3:25 p.m. although availability is communicated until 3:30 p.m. are out of date these days, that was in the last millennium, feel embarrassed....

Ich versuche seit Tagen anzurufen, hebt äh niemand ab. 3 Tage (19 Anrufversuche) später Endlich habe ich geschafft, eine sehr freundliche Dame hat abgehoben. I don't understand why a phone number is given at all. I've been trying to call for days, no one picks up. 3 days (19 call attempts) later I finally made it, a very friendly lady answered.
M	Mr. D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. erstmal wurde gesagt, es dauert nur 3 minuten. nach ca. 15 minuten war dann eine Frau in der Leitung, die sowas von arrogant und unfreundlich war, was ich noch nie am Telefon erlebt habe. Und das Beste, am Ende legt sie einfach auf...sorry aber wäre sie in der freien wirtschaft, wäre sie da in der Probezeit schon raus. I have never experienced anything like it.
