★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sale assistant S... will show you her very ugly face if you simply want to change something! I believe especially if you are tourist you feel unwelcomed! Please learn to behave! Apart of that you won't find all you need not a big variety of products! Not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing about this store is its central location. The selection is rather poor, the prices are high and the lady that seems to run the store is not very helpful or friendly.
Also, beware that you cannot return purchased goods for anything other than a coupon that is only valid in this very store, not even online.

We asked if the jacket we were looking at (500 € piece) was made in grey color too, he answered MAYBE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High-end gear being offered at great locations is what you expect and get at all North Face stores. This standard is being topped in this particular shop by the extremely friendly and courteous service. Thanks for your advice! Guess I made the right choice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to look for a new/additional duffel bag and had such a great experience with the employee from the shop! This guy was super competent, knew everything about the products (partly because he uses them for his own as well) , showed and inspired me and was nice and friendly the whole time without beeing intrusive. Unfortunately I didn't ask for his name (he had glasses and was in his late twenties/early thirties) but this is what a shop assistent should be like! Will definitely come back :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the store opened, I was pretty excited since i work next door. I planned to buy a new windbreaker/rainjacket jacket and after trying it I wanted to think it over. No problem, the friendly lady from the shop kept it for me and I ended up becoming the happy owner of one of the best pieces of outdoor equipment I ever used. Great customer service, lovely staff, good location.

I read that The North Face's parent company, VF Corporation, purchased land at Centennial Airport outside of Denver to build a 53,000 square foot private jet hangar. Apparently, The North Face’s parent company needed ample storage space for its fleet of private airplanes used to shuttle executives across the globe.
The same source also said that VF Corporation maintains factories in Asian countries with few environmental regulations or worker protections, including China, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Cambodia, and India. Shipping products from these far-flung places creates additional petroleum consumption from the use of planes and cargo ships.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst shopping experience ever. The salesperson, the older guy, was super rude. I wanted to claim my warranty at the store and at first he pretended I cannot do so and then exchanged a jacket to another one of different model and color that I won’t be wearing. Plus, he gave it to me opened with a tag just laying in the bag and not being attached to the actual item. He was very rude and just told me to go away with this item no matter what. Now I’m left with the jacket I won’t be wearing and with an awful impression about the entire brand
