Es gab eigentlich von 5 Besuchen, nur einen Mitarbeiter den ich nicht sympatisch fand, und selbst der hat seine Arbeit ausgezeichnet gemacht. Hatte mich letztens leider für eine sehr günstige Fassung für die Sonnenbrille entschieden und hatte Probleme damit. Hab dann selbst in der Corona-Lockdown-Zeit ein Antwortmail bekommen, dass die Brille kostenlos getauscht wird und sie haben dann sogar die Kosten übernommen, da ich mich für eine hochwertigere Fassung entschieden habe, da sie neue Gläser bestellen mussten. Den Service bekommt man leider nicht überall, daher schreibe ich die Bewertung überhaupt, weil sie sichs verdient haben. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle samt sehr nett und entspannt, obwohl die Passage des Donauzentrums ein stressiges Durchzugsgebiet ist. Einziges "Manko" ist das kleine Geschäftslokal und die eher kleine Auswahl. Lg. Thomas R. The shop used the 5 stars. There were actually 5 visits, only one employee I didn't like, and even he did an excellent job. Unfortunately, I recently opted for a very cheap version of the sunglasses and had problems with it. I even received a reply email during the corona lockdown period that the glasses can be exchanged free of charge and they even paid the costs, since I decided on a higher quality version because they had to order new glasses. The service is unfortunately not available everywhere, so I write the review at all because they deserve it. The employees are all very nice and relaxed, even though the passage through the Danube Center is a stressful area. The only "shortcoming" is the small business premises and the rather small selection. Lg. Thomas R.

C	Claudschi Schili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anfang der Woche war ich wegen einer neuen Computerbrille bei einer sehr lieben Dame - das ganze Personal ist übrigens ausgesprochen freundlich - und hab ihr mein Problem mit meiner "alten Computerbrille" (5 Monate und von einem anderen Optiker angefertigt) geschildert und wurde mir vollkommen unkompliziert eine neue Brille angepasst, und wurde mir auch erklärt, wo das Problem bei der alten Brille liegt und das ich diese auch noch zurückgeben kann innerhalb von 6 Monaten. Bereits am nächsten Tag!! bekam ich die SMS dass meine Brille fertig ist. Ich bin wirklich sehr dankbar und ist die neue Brille - auch bei Fassung wurde ich sehr gut beraten - jeden Cent wert. At the beginning of the week I went to a very nice lady for new computer glasses - the whole staff is extremely friendly, by the way - and told her about my problem with my "old computer glasses" (5 months and made by a different optician) and it became completely uncomplicated for me I was fitted with new glasses, and I was also explained what the problem is with the old glasses and that I can still return them within 6 months. The very next day !! I got the text message that my glasses are ready. I am really very grateful and the new glasses - I was also very well advised on the frame - are worth every penny.
P	P. N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unhöfliche, voreingenommene und vor Allem herablassende Verkäuferin. Wir, zwei Frauen Ende 20, wollten uns bezüglich einer neuen Fassung plus Gläser umsehen. Wir hatten sowohl einen Termin als auch eine Verordnung. Richtigerweise muss ich erwähnen, dass wir 20 Minuten zu spät kamen, das jedoch vorab telefonisch mitgeteilt hatten. Die etwas ältere Dame führte uns gleich zu den teuersten Marken wie Chanel, Saint Laurent und co. Eine Saint Laurent Brille um knapp unter €400 wurde von uns als sehr schön aber (für unsere Zwecke) als etwas zu teuer untereinander kommentiert. Daraufhin meinte die Verkäuferin, dass wir im wutscher seihen und es hier nur teure Markenprodukte gäbe. In einem Unterton als würden wir uns diese nicht leisten können. Generell verfolgte uns die Dame auf Schritt und Tritt. Aufgrund unseres Alters, Aussehens? Wir beide haben asiatische Wurzeln. Ich weiss es nicht. Am Ende haben wir auch Brillen um €100-200 entdeckt, welche mehr dem entsprechen würden was wir suchen. Eine Frechheit zu behaupten, es gäbe ausschließlich teure Produkte, wenn dem nicht so ist. Haben letztendlich nichts gekauft. Dies ist übrigens meine erste Bewertung, welche sich auf Einzelhandel bezieht. Very rude, prejudiced and above all condescending saleswoman. We, two women in our late 20s, wanted to look around for a new frame plus lenses. We had both an appointment and a prescription. I have to say, correctly, that we were 20 minutes late, but we had communicated this in advance by telephone. The slightly older lady took us straight to the most expensive brands such as Chanel, Saint Laurent and co. A pair of Saint Laurent glasses for just under €400 was rated as very beautiful but (for our purposes) a bit too expensive. The saleswoman then said that we were in the wutscher and that there were only expensive branded products here. In an undertone as if we couldn't afford them. In general, the lady followed us at every turn. Because of our age, appearance? We both have Asian roots. I do not know it. We ended up also spotting glasses around €100-200 which would be more in line with what we are looking for. It's cheeky to claim that there are only expensive products when that's not the case. Didn't end up buying anything. By the way, this is my first review, which refers to retail.
