Q	Qusai Al Sabbagh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very long waiting time!! Things are not properly organized and no one talks to you or bother telling you how long you have to wait!! Some of the staff are rude and not friendly at all. I asked one of the staff and he said that I have to keep waiting and someone will come to me! I wouldn’t recommend this store at all.

Although, I tried to order colored glasses once, the order was accepted, but later I recieved a message that those coloration coatings were not possible to make due to the lense strength which exceeded a certain limit. The only point is that is should be known before you make an order and wait a few days afterwards, right? I was really disappointed. But otherways it is quite a good place if you try something REGULAR. Be prepeared though to have a good long wait until you get a chance to talk to the staff. The prices are a little bit higher than one could expect.
E	Elahe Zolfaghari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a horrible experience with Fielmann in Donauzentrum. They tried to fix my glasses three times (yes! exactly three times!) and they failed! The problem was that they weren’t capable of putting the glasses finely in the frame. At the end they told me they don’t know how to fix it and they made me cry! I couldn’t believe I suppose to go there for three times and after all they tell me they CAN’T! couldn’t they realize it at the beginning? They are not at all professional and not at all recommended.

Eyes test was going nicely but got unfriendly service from the other woman- Ms. Tomasoa (?). She was really unhappy when we choose the cheaper price for the glasses..and talked long on the phone while she was still on service with us. Really unprofessional behaviour!!!
