m	mateusz dudek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ meine lieben ich war mit meiner freundinn am 25.11 um 17 im marionnaud donaucentrum und zum ersten mall hab ich mich unwohl gefüllt die dame die polin ist genau so wie ich führte sich auf wie ein arogater dummer alter popel sory für dem ausdruch ich finde nämmlich keinen ausruck um das in worte zu fassen nicht nur das sie mir nonstop gesagt hat das ich auf meine ausdrucksweise achten muss und mich nontop unterbrochen hat meine weinachtsgeschenke wollte sie auch nicht allle einpacken ich hab das nicht ganz mitgekriegt aber meine freundin hat mir nach dem wir nach hause gegangen sind es erklärt und ich dachte ich rasste aus ich kann das nicht verstehen ich arbeite in der gastronomi 50 stunden in der woche und bin alle davon nett und dan nach einer anstregender woche finde ich noch bissel kraft um dieses black weeken zu genißen und gebe 260 euro im marrionno aus und werde so behandelt liebe mitarbeiter vom marionnaud ich mag alle von euch war schon oft genug bei euch ihr habt die besten düfte und auch die beste aktionen danke euch aber ich werde nicht mehr bei euch düfte kaufen solange diese mitarbeiterin nicht in eine anstalt kommt wo sie mit gehirn wäsche zu einen besser menschen wird my dear i was with my girlfriend on November 25th at 5pm in the marionnaud donaucentrum and for the first mall i filled up uncomfortably the lady the polish is exactly how i acted like an arogater stupid old popel sory for the expression i don't find any expression To put it into words not only that she told me non-stop that I have to pay attention to my expressions and that I did not interrupt myself. My Christmas presents she didn't want to wrap up all of them gone it was explained and i thought i let it go i can't understand i work in the gastronomy 50 hours a week and i'm all nice and then after an exhausting week i still find some strength to enjoy this black week and give 260 euro in marrionno and will be treated like this dear employees from marionnaud i like all of you have been with you often enough t the best scents and also the best promotions thank you but i will no longer buy scents from you as long as this employee does not come to an institution where she is a better person with brainwashing
M	Maria Mayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ na ja .. früher bin ich gerne in die Filliale gekommen , alle waren nett und hilfsbereit und jetzt sehr ungeduldig und können anscheindend nicht mal lächeln ..habe das gefühl man muss sich fast rechfertigen warum man hilfe braucht , das letzte mal wollte nicht mal mehr was kaufen ,obwohl ich echt ein paar produkte gebraucht hätte und sogar sehr teuere ..schade well .. I used to like to come to the branch, everyone was nice and helpful and now very impatient and apparently can't even smile .. have the feeling you have to justify yourself why you need help, the last time didn't even want to buy something, although I really would have needed a few products and are even very expensive .. a shame

Leider hatten wir übersehen, dass dies nur für Online Bestellungen gilt. Im Geschäft selber war nur gerade eine Aktion "Parfüme minus 20%". Die Verkäuferin war sehr freundlich, bedauerte aber, dass im Geschäft die minus 25% nicht gilt. Jetzt wird andauern geklagt, dass die Käufer immer mehr in die Webshops abwandern und dann macht Marionnaud gerade das schmackhaft!! Eigentlich hätte diese Aktion sowohl für das Webshop als auch für das Geschäft gelten müssen. Die fünf Sterne geben wir für das wirklich freundliche Personal. Für die Aktion von Marionnaud gibt es aber nur einen Stern. Were in the shop to buy various products. Had an advertisement "Everything minus 25%". Unfortunately we overlooked the fact that this only applies to online orders. In the shop itself there was only one "perfume minus 20%" campaign. The seller was very friendly, but regretted that the minus 25% does not apply in the shop. Now there is a constant complaint that the buyers are moving more and more into the web shops and then Marionnaud does just that! Actually, this action should have applied to both the web shop and the store. We give the five stars for the really friendly staff. There is only one star for Marionnaud's campaign.

Verkäuferinnen plaudern, sind unaufmerksam und fühlen sich offensichtlich gestört, wenn man um Hilfe bittet! Sehr enttäuschend .... passierte mir bei der Konkurrenz im 1. Stock noch nie! This branch is not recommended! It concerns the business, no greetings, no attention ... Sales assistants chat, are inattentive and obviously disturbed, if one asks for help! Very disappointing .... never happened to me at the competition on the 1st floor!

D	Denisa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe eine Rückgabe/Umtausch gehabt. Eine Verkäuferin war so was von unfreundlich, dabei wollte ich das umtauschen was ich am Tag davor gekauft habe. Es wahr ihr angeblich nicht Mühe Wert. Eine andere Kollegin hat es dann übernommen und mich freundlich bedient. Had a return / exchange. A saleswoman was so unfriendly, and I wanted to exchange what I bought the day before. It was supposedly not worth the effort. Another colleague took over and served me kindly.

Jedoch war ich letzte Woche wieder dort und bin total positiv überrascht worden, Dame an der Kassa war sehr motiviert und freundlich, habe mich sehr Willkommen gefühlt. So macht einkaufen Spaß! I had a very bad experience in this branch last year, but was treated very rude and condescending just because I asked for a product that was currently out. However, I was there again last week and was totally positively surprised, the lady at the cash desk was very motivated and friendly, I felt very welcome. This is how shopping is fun!
