Sehr zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert. Erlebt man selten.. Da die Brille meines Sohnes immer Probleme machte (Lackfehler seitens andere Firma) wurde uns eine kostenlose Ersatzbrille bereitgestellt, damit mein Sohn nicht wochenlang ohne Brille leben muss :) Danke und weiter so! Top optician, the young lady who looks after us is very competent, with her friendly and calm manner we always feel well advised there. The owner just like that. Very courteous and solution-oriented. You rarely experience it .. Since my son's glasses always caused problems (paint defects on the part of another company), we were provided with free replacement glasses so that my son doesn't have to live without glasses for weeks :) Thanks and keep it up!

Hatte noch nie so gut passende Kontaktlinsen. Kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! I have already bought 2x hard contact lenses, as well as glasses and sunglasses in the vision workshop. Best advice, very friendly, good products. Never had contact lenses that fit so well. I can recommend it without reservation!

Herr Grünberger ist äußerst kompetent und sorgfältig in seiner Arbeit, was gerade beim Anpassen von Kontaktlinsen für meine "komplizierten Augen", wie ich immer sage, wirklich wichtig ist. Er und seine Mitarbeiterin sind beide sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Da gibt man gerne eine positive Rückmeldung! :-) Ich selbst war auch froh, mich nach den bereits bestehenden hier orientieren zu können. Due to a change of location I was looking for a good new optician for myself and read the reviews here. I can now confirm this from my own experience! Mr. Grünberger is extremely competent and meticulous in his work, which is really important when fitting contact lenses for my "complicated eyes", as I always say. He and his co-worker are both very nice and accommodating. You're welcome to give positive feedback! :-) I myself was also happy to be able to use the existing ones as a guide.
