Vor allem aber: Kundennähe und Service in Perfektion! Besonders erwähnen möchte ich Romana: Ihr Service machte aus meiner zerbrochenen Brille eine "verbesserte Version" um die Wartezeit auf die Anlieferung der neuen Brille nicht halbblind verbringen zu müssen. Vielen lieben Dank und weiter alls Gute! Despite Corona restrictions: feel-good atmosphere in the shop, personal quality time for advice and selection with the team (after convenient online appointment arrangements). But above all: customer proximity and service in perfection! I would especially like to mention Romana: Your service made an "improved version" out of my broken glasses so that I didn't have to wait half-blind for the delivery of the new glasses. Obwohl einige Korrekturen notwendig wurden hat mich das Team um Herrn Grubesic immer freundlich behandelt und sich extrem bemüht. Möchte mich auf diesem Wege herzlichst bedanken!!! Die Mitarbeiter sind super kompetent, authentisch höflich und besonders hilfsbereit. Auch nach meinem Brillenkauf erhalte ich Vorort sofortige Reparatur oder nötige Anpassungen meiner Brille - und das gratis, zu jeder Öffnungszeit und mit ausgesprochener Zuvorkommenheit! Ich empfehle den eyes+ more Shop im Donauzentrum äußert weiter. At eyes + more you not only get beautiful and quality glasses, but also really good advice! The employees are super competent, authentically polite and particularly helpful. Even after I have bought my glasses, I get immediate repairs or necessary adjustments to my glasses on site - free of charge, at any opening time and with great courtesy! Die optische Einmessung hat dazu geführt, dass ich noch nie mit einer Brille so gut gesehen habe. Zuletzt hatte ich einen unerwarteten Rahmenbruch bei einem Titan-Rahmen, leider kurz außerhalb der Garantiezeit. Trotzdem hat mir Frau Rajic geholfen und der Rahmen wurde in Kulanz getauscht. Also bin ich mit meinen bisher 7 Brillen sehr zufrieden. The advice is friendly and professional. I have already bought some glasses here. The optical measurement has meant that I've never seen so well with glasses. The last time I had an unexpected frame breakage on a titanium frame, unfortunately just outside the warranty period. Nevertheless, Mrs. Rajic helped me and the frame was exchanged as a goodwill gesture. So I am very satisfied with my 7 glasses so far.

Ich wurde von Herrn Varga Christian bedient. Unglaublich mit welcher, Freundlichkeit, Genauigkeit und Charme er seine Arbeit gemacht hat. Offensichtlich macht er seine Arbeit wirklich gerne! I was in business today because I'm 6! had to have my glasses adjusted because they kept slipping off my nose, especially when wearing the mask. I was served by Mr. Varga Christian.
