★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute im Fossil-Shop um die Größe meiner online-bestellte Uhr richtig einzustellen. Die Verkäuferin war äußerst nett und zuvorkommend! Es wurde oft nachgetan, bis die Uhr dann perfekt gesessen ist! Sehr geduldige Verkäuferin!
I went to the Fossil Shop today to adjust the size of my watch that I ordered online. The saleswoman was extremely nice and accommodating! It was often refilled until the clock was perfect! Very patient saleswoman!

Ich musste leider drei Wochen länger auf meine Bestellung warten, obwohl mir versichert wurde, dass mein Artikel innerhalb von zehn Tagen, und somit vor Weihnachten, in der Filiale abzuholen sein würde. Darüber enttäuscht es mich besonders, dass ich über die Verspätung nicht informiert wurde, was noch in Ordnung gewesen wäre. Stattdessen habe ich ca. drei Stunden in der Warteschleife verbracht, wo ich auch zwei Mal meine Telefonnummer angegeben und um Rückruf gebeten hatte, ohne Erfolg. Genau genommen entspricht das nicht nur schlechtem, sondern gar keinem Service. Zusätzlich wurde mir in einer Email mitgeteilt, dass mein Auftrag verloren gegangen ist und ich den Artikel einfach nochmal bestellen soll. Frechheit!
Unfortunately bad service
Unfortunately, I had to wait three weeks longer for my order, even though I was assured that my item could be picked up at the store within ten days, i.e. before Christmas. I am particularly disappointed that I was not informed of the delay, which would have been okay. Instead, I spent about three hours on hold, giving my phone number twice and asking for a call back, to no avail. Strictly speaking, that doesn't just mean bad, but no service at all. In addition, I was informed in an email that my order had been lost and that I should simply order the item again. Cheek!
