Man bespricht sich mit der Betreuerin was man sich unter grossartigen Urlaub versteht und was man eben nicht möchte.
Jetzt sitzen wir hier im nirgendwo mit genau dem Ergebnis das wir NIEMALS haben wollten!
Ab heute buche ich online.

So wirklich lernt man die Qualität eines Dienstleisters jedoch erst zu schätzen, wenn nicht alles glatt läuft, sondern wenn schwierigere Szenarien eintreten. Ohne auf Details eingehen zu wollen, wurde meiner Lebensgefährtin und mir in Zusammenhang mit einem Flugproblem von der Filialleitung auf mehr als kulante Weise geholfen. Auf diesem Wege nochmal herzlichen Dank! Wenn in Zeiten des Onlinebuchens gefragt wird, warum man noch auf die Dienste eines klassischen Reisebüros zurückgreift, kann ich entspannt lächelnd auf die kompetente Hilfe in eben dieser Situation verweisen.
I made my first booking at this travel agency years ago and was always enthusiastic about the friendly and courteous treatment. However, you really only learn to appreciate the quality of a service provider when everything does not go smoothly, but when more difficult scenarios arise. Without wanting to go into details, my partner and I received more than accommodating help from the branch management in connection with a flight problem. Thank you very much again! In times of online booking, if you are asked why you still use the services of a classic travel agency, I can smile relaxed and refer to the competent help in precisely this situation.
