Mit meiner ebenfalls online georderten Brille für Bildschirmarbeit war ich zunächst nicht zufrieden. Glücklicherweise ist Mr Spex nun mit eigener Filiale im Donauzentrum und ich bekam einen Termin bei Herrn Klaus. Dieser kümmerte sich nicht nur um die Rückabwicklung, sondern sorgte fachmännisch dafür, dass ich die perfekte auf mich zugeschnittene Bildschirmbrille erhalten habe. Kann die Filiale im Donauzentrum und Herrn Klaus im Speziellen wirklich weiterempfehlen. Mr Spex does offer a successful self-service on its internet platform, where I was able to order reading glasses and distance glasses and was very satisfied with the processing, the quality and the price. At first I wasn't satisfied with my glasses for screen work, which I also ordered online. Luckily Mr Spex now has his own branch in the Donauzentrum and I got an appointment with Mr Klaus. He not only took care of the return process, but also made sure that I received the perfect screen glasses tailored to me. Can really recommend the branch in the Donauzentrum and Mr. Klaus in particular.
