I've been there for 4 times only to clarify the monthly payments. The first and second times they said the same thing that they fixed the problem and it will be resolved it in the upcoming invoice. Unfortunately it wasn't. The third time was difficult because they said they have to talk with his boss to help to fix this, and he promised me to call me back so i don't have to come or contact them back. One month later, today, i haven't got any call and i still have to pay the same amount. I came there and one of the lady said that she can't do it so she informed me to wait until his colleague could help me after half an hour there was no initiative to help me. It was such waste of time.
Since years i am always happy with their service but this time is just too much disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are really overworked during the weekend Esp. I tried to go there several times but I never was able to get through. So I just gave up.
Then at around 5:30 pm (half hour before closing) I was walking by and I saw that the store was emptying out and not so many people were there. I spoke to a nice worker called Jörg and while he said that he only had half an hour to go he was willing to take me on.
So in this half hour he was able to take care of getting me a new contract.. And was able to take my telephone from Telering.. And gave me another free internet deal for my home... The guy was very helpful and courteous.. While I was waiting for my new contract he was helping other colleagues with issues and taking on new customers.. This guy was truly dedicated to his job..
Now I hope we did everything correctly as we only had a few minutes.. But nevertheless he was fast efficient and right to the point..
He stayed on to help me till I was the last one in the store..
Not sure if he spoke English as I spoke German with him..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. They will take your money without providing service. If you are from another country do not use this company for service.
As requested by the shop owner, I sent a message using the customer website. I encourage others to not be influenced by this. The company still did not provide service and is only interested in taking money from customers.
