★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann leider nur zwei sterne geben weil ich total unzufrieden bin mein freund hat mir zu weihnachten ein Armband Geschenkt mit dem namen meines Sohnes drauf hab das schachtal mit dem armband geöffnet war es schon total zerkratzt gut hab mir nix dabei gedacht und gesagt okay das lass ich halt polieren ja als ich mal dort war sagte mir die dame hinter dem Pult das könne man nicht polieren sonst wäre der name weg ja lange rede kurzer sinn heute is es total zerkratzt sodass man nicht mal mehr den namen sieht bin echt traurig darüber das hatte ich bei noch keinen meiner Armbänder
Unfortunately, I can only give two stars because I am totally dissatisfied. My friend gave me a bracelet for Christmas with the name of my son on it. I opened the box valley with the bracelet. It was totally scratched stop polishing yes when I was there the lady behind the desk told me that you could not polish otherwise the name would be gone long talk short meaning today it is totally scratched so that you can not even see the name I am really sad about that with none of my bracelets yet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relativ neue und teure Longines Uhr (an der ich sehr hing da Geschenk) wegen verlorenem Uhrglas zur Reparatur gebracht. Über einen Zeitraum von ca. 8 Wochen hat das Geschäft es geschafft:
1.) Die Uhr zu verlieren
2.) Ein falsches Ersatzmodell zu bestellen
3.) Mir mit der Ersatzuhr Kosten für die nie erfolgte Reparatur auch noch in Rechnung gestellt.
Fazit: keine Empfehlung für teuren Schmuck oder Uhren
Relatively new and expensive Longines watch (which I was very fond of as a gift) brought for repair because of a lost watch glass. Over a period of around 8 weeks, the business has done it:
1.) To lose the clock
2.) To order the wrong replacement model
3.) Along with the replacement watch, the costs for the repairs that were never carried out are also billed to me.
Conclusion: no recommendation for expensive jewelry or watches
