Auf ihrer Webseite steht sie würden SEPA mit EWR Staaten machen, was ja auch wirklich nur normal wäre, aber hintenherum wird dann trotzdem die hohle Hand gemacht und abgezockt - einfach nur schlecht. Zockt off on transfers despite SEPA. On their website they said they would do SEPA with EEA states, which would only be normal, but in the end the hollow hand is done and ripped off - just bad.

Versuch: "Ja, wir haben Safes frei - aber kommen sie in einem Monat wieder, wir kämpfen noch mit Ausfällen" 2. Versuch (Ein Monat später, wie gewünscht): "Ja, wir vergeben jetzt Safes. Der Kollege ist aber gerade auf Pause" - "Wann kommt er wieder?" - "Nächste Woche!" 3. Versuch (mit fixer Terminvereinbarung): "Ja, das ist jetzt blöd - Unsere Safeanlage ist derzeit defekt und wir wissen nicht wann sie wieder funktioniert. Hat man sie nicht informiert?" - "Nein, hat man nicht" Keine Empfehlung hier Kunde zu werden! Bank has reopened and I wanted to rent a safe here. 1st attempt: "Yes, we have safes free - but come back in a month, we're still struggling with failures" 2nd attempt (one month later, as desired): "Yes, we are now issuing safes. But the colleague is currently on break" - "When will he be back?" - "Next week!" 3rd attempt (with a fixed appointment): "Yes, that's stupid now - our safe system is currently defective and we don't know when it will work again. Hasn't you been informed?" - "No, you don't" No recommendation to become a customer here!

Kassakraft noch dazu sehr unfreundlich! Valutenbestellung takes in this Fil. No less than 1 WEEK! in other branches I can pick up the debit after 2 days at the latest. Kassakraft still very rude!
