Werde einen Anwalt für Mietrecht einschalten Würde mich in Grund und Boden schämen so am Markt aufzutreten. So you don't keep customers, but the company also seems to miss out on the very best. Get a tenancy lawyer on board I would be ashamed to appear in the market like that.

Questionable customer support. All information has to be drawn from the nose. From the very first contact one doubts the reliability and competence.
C	ChillerBOyVideo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neubauwohnung schön übernommen. Dann 1 Monat später Wasserschaden. Sofort gemeldet. 5 Monate später wurde die Sanierung immer noch nicht fertiggestellt. Genossenschaft selber nicht Schuld, da der Bauträger es verabsäumt hat, aber die Genossenschaft selber kümmert sich auch nicht wirklich um einen. Edit: 1 Jahr später und der Wasserschaden ist nich immer nicht behoben. Anwalt ist Pflicht hier! Am besten eine Versicherung mit Mieterrechtsschutz abwickeln dann kommt ihr günstiger! New apartment nicely taken over. Then 1 month later water damage. Reported immediately. 5 months later, the renovation has still not been completed. Cooperative itself not to blame, since the developer failed to do so, but the cooperative itself doesn't really care about you either. Edit: 1 year later and the water damage is not always repaired. Lawyer is required here! The best thing to do is to take out insurance with tenant legal protection, then you will get cheaper!

This was the only company I visited which did not allowed me to arrange appointment because I do not speak fluent German. I am from EU leaving in Austria and learning German language. So this is discrimination.
