Von einer Beratung ist man sehr weit entfernt! The employees (especially Mr. Peter S.) of the housing advice center on Gudrundstraße 126 are not only incompetent but also extremely unfriendly! Ich persönlich kann nur Gutes berichten und bin mit der kompetenten und äußerst höflichen Betreuung sehr zufrieden. Many may confuse BAF-GmbH with BankAustria. Personally, I can only say good things and am very satisfied with the competent and extremely courteous care.

Auf meine Frage ob ich bei ihm richtig sei abtwortete Herr S. „Sie müssen selbst wissen welchen Andpechpartner sie wünschen“ oder „wissens nicht wem sie am Telefon wollten?“ oder „es interessiert mich nicht, müssen’s halt nochmal die Hotline anrufen “. Schlimm!! Ich wollte lediglich wissen welche Person der richtige Ansprechpartner ist. Habe lange nicht mehr so eine unfreundliche Beratung erhalten. Ich habe mein Anliegen auf Grund des Verhaltens von Hr S. lieber bei der Raiffeisen Bank erledigt. Schade dass solch ein Unternehmen wie Bank Austria einen so kundenunfreundlichen und äußerst arroganten Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Mein Fazit, dank dem Herren heißt es für mich und mein Umfeld: NIE WIEDER BANK AUSTRIA!!! Came to Ing Stefan S. because of wrong extension. He was prepotent and unfriendly! When I asked whether I was right with him, Mr. S. replied: “You have to know yourself which partner you want” or “Don't know who you wanted on the phone?” Or “I don't care, I just have to call the hotline again”. Bad!! I just wanted to know which person is the right contact person. I haven't received such unfriendly advice in a long time. Due to Mr. S.'s behavior, I preferred to settle my request with the Raiffeisen Bank. It's a shame that a company like Bank Austria employs such a customer-unfriendly and extremely arrogant employee. My conclusion, thanks to the gentleman, it means for me and my environment: NEVER AGAIN BANK AUSTRIA !!!
M	Michael S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Angestellten dieser Bank (Filiale) können anscheinend "Gott" spielen, den wie Fr. Alexandra L, dürfen diese Mitarbeiter Entscheidungen treffen die für Kunden essentielle Folgen haben. Selbst bei behinderten Menschen, die es schon schwer genug haben, wird hier nochmals schön "drauf gehauen". Da frage ich mich wie sich diese Angestellten noch in den Spiegel schauen können. Das Verhalten und deren "Gewissen" und Menschlichkeit dieser Bank ist in den letzten 30 Jahren auf null gesunken. Traurig und leider Realität. Da fällt mir nur noch ein Wort ein: PFUI! The employees of this bank (branch) can apparently play "God", like Ms. Alexandra L, these employees are allowed to make decisions that have essential consequences for customers. Even with disabled people who have it hard enough, is here again "nicely done". I wonder how these employees can still look in the mirror. The behavior and their "conscience" and humanity of this bank has fallen to zero in the last 30 years. Sad and unfortunately reality. All I can think of is a word: PFUI!

Aber das mir unbürokratisch und ohne viel Aufwand geholfen wurde. finde ich bemerkenswert. Dachte immer Bank Menschen haben kein Herz. 2020 will also be affected by the crisis, and this bank is not exactly a customer of choice. But that helped me unbureaucratically and without much effort. I find it remarkable. Always thought bank people have no heart.

Man wird schon beim Mail Kontakt als nicht seriös abgestempelt, ich zitiere aus einem Mailverlauf: "wenn Sie sich selbst nicht sicher sind, ob Sie das Haus überhaupt kaufen möchten, ist eine Finanzierungsnafrage nicht sinnvoll!!" -> Solche Aussagen dürfen bei einer Bank nicht fallen! Zum Glück gibt es noch weitere Banken in Österreich ;) The internal credit checks are illogical and not comprehensibly justified. You are already labeled as not serious when you contact us by e-mail, I quote from an e-mail history: "if you are not sure whether you want to buy the house at all, it does not make sense to ask for financing!!" -> Such statements must not be made at a bank! Luckily there are other banks in Austria ;)
