Powiedziel, że wyślą do miejsca zamieszkania ale nie wysłali. Żadnego kontaktu, nic. Od poniedziałku telefony, ale jedyne czego się dowiedziałem, to że mojego samochodu nie ma w systemie więc nic nie można zrobić. W środę mail do opiekuna i informacja zwrotna, że nie ma opon w umowie. Odesłałem skan umowy z oponami więc w czwartek dostałem telefon, że zlecają zakup opon i wymianę w wybranym przeze mnie serwisie. Dziś jest wtorek, w Wałbrzychu zima a opon dalej nie ma. Kontaktu i odpowiedzi na wysłane maile tak samo. Uważam, że w ten sposób robi się oszczędności, bo przecież zaraz wiosna. Mój wspólnik ma jeszcze "lepiej" bo samochód od grudnia stoi w salonie i jest jakaś przepychanka między arvalem a brokerem samichodowym i nie można odebrać. Obwohl die Abrechnung erledigt war und alle Unterlagen zurückgegeben wurden, wurde im März nochmals eine Abbuchung durchgeführt. Diese wurde dann nach mehreren Telefonaten endlich zurücküberwiesen. Daraufhin wurde das Konto gesperrt, damit ARVAl keine Abbuchungen mehr durchführen kann. Im April wurde dann mit einem anderen Konto wiederum eine Abbuchung durchgeführt, jetzt will niemand mehr zuständig sein! Durch die ewig langen Wartezeiten in der Telefonschleife hat man auch noch genügend Zeit diese Bewertung zu schreiben. The car was returned in February and the statement was made.
