Die Person mit dem man telefoniert geht mit der Einstellung: „Geht mich doch nichts an.“ an die Probleme der Kunden heran, obwohl man nur versucht zu erfahren warum man Buchungen auf seinem Konto hat, die man niemals getätigt hat. Nicht empfehlenswert! Besser gleich eine andere Bank wählen.
