Dies ist für mich keine Serviceleistung. Bin nahe daran meine Bankverbindung tz wechsekn. Despite several attempts / phone calls, I was unable to get an appointment with a customer service representative. Also keep waiting for a callback. For me this is not a service. I'm close to changing my bank details.

(End Mai) war es trotz Urgenz des Notars und etlicher Anfragen nicht möglich eine Auskunft bei der BA zu bekommen. My father died in January 2021. For private reasons, I would like to have a look at my late father's account. Til today! (End of May) it was not possible to get information from the BA despite the notary's urging and several inquiries.

Ich war um 14.00 in der Bank bei der Zuständigen Dame und sollte für 14 Stunden noch Konto bearbeitungsspesen von 8,75 bezahlen obwohl heute gegen Mittag das Kontopaket abgebucht wurde. So kann man auch Leute abzocken. Ich soll für 14 Stunden 8,75 bezahlen das sind für 3 Monate bzw 90 Tage 1350 Euro. Ihr habt ja wohl einen knall. Sollte es keine Einigung geben werden ich euch in die Zeitung gebe. Ich lasse mich sicher als jahrelang Kunde nicht abzocken. I've been a customer for years. I wanted to cancel the account today because the account package is too expensive for me. I thought I was dreaming. I was at the bank at the responsible lady at 2 p.m. and had to pay account processing fees of 8.75 for 14 hours even though the account package was debited around noon today. This is how you can rip people off too. I'm supposed to pay 8.75 for 14 hours, that's 1350 euros for 3 months or 90 days. You guys have a bang. If there is no agreement, I'll put you in the newspaper. As a customer for many years, I will certainly not be ripped off.
C	Claudio Castiello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde mit einem Zahlschein der Bank Austria in der Bank Austria Filiale 2,Vorgartenstraße 209 zum bar einzahlen abgewiesen, da ich dort kein Konto ,,Gott sei dank ``besitze. wurde Ich zur Post geschickt ! Dort habe ich 10 € Spesen für den Erlagschein zahlen müssen. Ich muss sagen, dass die 2 Personen dort einfach wegrationaliesiert gehören, da diese Mitarbeiter nur den Stuhl wärmen..... auch das darf nichts kosten.... So eine Unverschämtheit .... Ich bin selbst Chef I was refused to pay in cash with a Bank Austria payment slip at Bank Austria Branch 2, Vorgartenstraße 209, because I don't have a `` Thank God '' account there. I was sent to the post office! There I had to pay a fee of € 10 for the payment slip. I have to say that the 2 people there simply belong away rationalized, since these employees only warm the chair ..... even that shouldn't cost anything .... Such an outrage .... I'm the boss myself

Wollte mit einem gewissen Betrag beim Einkauf beteiligten. Obwohl genug Deckung am Konto vorhanden ist konnte ich nicht per Karte Zahlen. Heute war ich in Schwechat um das zu klären die Dame dort war es Egal wie lange man Kunde ist und schien für mein Anliegen garnicht zu interessieren .So bin ich dann wieder nach Hause gefahren ohne es geklärt zu haben.Suche mir jetzt anderes Institut wo Kunde noch Kunde ist.leider gibt es keine Minussterne. I am a customer for 30 years. On Saturday I was shopping for furniture for their first apartment with my son and his girlfriend. Wanted to be involved with a certain amount when shopping. Although there is enough funds in the account, I could not pay by card. Today I was in Schwechat to clarify the lady there it was no matter how long you've been a customer and didn't seem to be interested in my concerns. So I went back home without having clarified it. Now I'm looking for another institute where the customer is is still a customer. Unfortunately, there are no minus stars.
M	Mathilde Schatz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin seit über 40 Jahren Kunde bei der Bank Austria und musste feststellen, dass die Filiale in Knittelfeld geschlossen wurde. Nächste Filiale Judenburg und Leoben ich finde das schlimm, denn nicht jeder hat Oneline Banking. So verliert man seine Kunden. I have been a customer of Bank Austria for over 40 years and found out that the Knittelfeld branch was closed. Next branch in Judenburg and Leoben I think that's bad, because not everyone has online banking. That's how you lose your customers.
