★ ★ ★ ★ ★ furchtbare und unfreundliche Kundenbetreuerin Vanessa. Meine Karte wurde am letzen Freitag bei dieser Filialie geschuckt. Am Montag Benachrichtigung per SMS zur Abholung der Karte, am Dienstag trotz Vorzeigen des SMS dauert 30 minuten lang bis meine alte Karte geschnitten wurde und eine neue bestellt !?!
 dreadful and unfriendly account manager Vanessa. My card was swallowed last Friday at this chain store. On Monday notification by SMS to pick up the card, on Tuesday despite showing the SMS takes 30 minutes until my old card was cut and ordered a new!?!

Automat defekt. 6 Kunden warten beim einzigen offenen Informationsschalter.
Nach 10 Minuten Warten wächst Schlange.
Kunde: „Könnten Sie bitte einen 2. Schalter öffnen?“
Mitarbeiterin im Halbstock unterbricht Tratsch mit Kolleinnen: „Mia ham nua a Kassa“
Kunde: „Es geht bitte um eine Information“
2. Mitarbeiterin: „Sie müssen warten“
Arbeitsunwillig?!
Bei der Erste Bank gibt es nur hervorragende oder absolut miese Filialen. Offensichtlich hängt es nur von der Qualität der Leitung einer Filiale ab.
In der wesentlich stressigeren Filiale Graben habe ich 10 Minuten später freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiterinnen gefunden. Dort wird auch gearbeitet
Leider gibt es bei der ErsteBank offensichtlich noch immer keine Qualitätskontrolle!!!!!

Employee in the half-staff interrupts gossip with colleagues: "Mia ham nua a Kassa"

Unwilling work ?!
At Erste Bank, there are only excellent or absolutely bad branches. Obviously, it depends only on the quality of the management of a branch.
10 minutes later I found friendly and competent employees in the much more stressful branch Graben. There is also work
Unfortunately there is still no quality control at ErsteBank !!!!!

Herr Daniel ist ein ganz netter , hat mir alles ausführlich erklärt & auch Frau Vanessa war äußerst sympathisch.

Overall, I felt very comfortable and was well looked after.
