Seit Jahren gehe ich immer wieder dorthin, wenn ich Reparaturen, Brillen oder einfach nur Beratung brauche, und wurde jedesmal mit höchster Freundlichkeit, Professionalität und auch Witz und Humor bedient, ohne dass ich (ausser für die Brille natürlich) jemals etwas bezahlen musste. Ausserdem hat man sich jedesmal ausgiebig Zeit genommen, selbst dann, wenn ich zwei Minuten vor Kassaschluss gekommen bin. Meistens ist auch nicht viel los, sodass man sehr schnell drankommt, zudem sind die freundlichen Herren zu zweit. Die Brillen sind auch sehr schick - durchgehend Markenprodukte zu erschwinglichem Preis. Absolute Empfehlung! :-) Best optician! For years I have been going there again and again when I need repairs, glasses or just advice, and was always served with the greatest friendliness, professionalism and also wit and humor without ever having to pay anything (except for the glasses of course). In addition, you always took your time, even if I came two minutes before the checkout closed. Most of the time there isn't much going on either, so you can get up to it very quickly, and there are two of the friendly gentlemen. The glasses are also very chic - all branded products at an affordable price. Absolute recommendation! :-) Best optician! Habe vor 8 Jahren eine (teure) Brille in einer anderen wutscher Filiale gekauft, deren Bügel vor kurzem abgebrochen ist. In der Filiale am Hautpbahnhof vorbeigebracht und man hat mir gesagt dass die Garantie bereits abgelaufen ist, aber ein Ersatzteil bestellt werden kann. Beim Abholen die freudige Überraschung: trotz abgelaufener Garantie wurden mir Ersatzteil & Reparatur nicht in Rechnung gestellt sondern als kostenloser Kundenservice verbucht. So gewinnt man zufriedene & treue Kunden!!! :) TOP customer service and always friendly and competent. 8 years ago I bought (expensive) glasses in another crazy store, the temple of which broke off recently. Brought to the branch at the main train station and I was told that the guarantee has already expired, but a replacement part can be ordered. The pleasant surprise when I picked it up: despite the expiry of the warranty, I was not charged for spare parts and repairs, but booked as free customer service. How to win satisfied & loyal customers !!! :)

Sehr nettes Personal, alles wurde genau erklärt, man hat sich Zeit genommen mich eingehend über das Tragen von Kontaktlinsen aufzuklären. Das Team war wirklich wundervoll. Außerdem ist die Lage sehr praktisch, ich bleibe auf jeden Fall Kundin! Best service I've had so far. The contact lens fitting was very quick and uncomplicated, the appointments were made quickly. Very nice staff, everything was explained in detail, they took the time to inform me in detail about how to wear contact lenses. The team was really wonderful. In addition, the location is very convenient, I will definitely stay a customer!

Got the lost glasses repaired without any problems and free of charge, even though I didn't buy them again. That's what I call service.
