Habe inzwischen zwei Uhren, bei denen hier im Zuge des Tausches genau diese Funktion nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Damit sind diese Art von Uhren an und für sich nicht mehr brauchbar. Bei der Abholung habe ich bemerkt, dass das abgeschnitte Stück fehlte. Zuerst wollten sie mir einreden, dass das Stück sehr winzig war und deswegen bekomme ich es nicht zurück. Das kann natürlich nicht stimmen, da der Ring mir wkl sehr groß war. Dann haben sie beim Preis für den Service ein kleines bisschen nachgelassen aber das war lächerlich im Vergleich. Das einzige positive war, dass der Ring nach der Verkleinerung noch gut aussah. Dissatisfied! I was given a gold ring that was very big to me and had it reduced in size.
