Uns wurde die Rechnung über 1550 Euro gestellt, für den Schaden (ein Kratzer), den wir nicht angerichtet haben und im Dunklen beim Abholen nicht gesehen haben. Ich habe hier schon die ähnlichen Kommentare gelesen, komischerweise sind sie jetzt alle weg. Das ist echt eine Frechheit!!! This is the worst car rental ever !!!! We were charged the bill for 1550 euros, for the damage (a scratch) that we did not do and in the dark when picking up have not seen. I have read the similar comments here, strangely they are all gone now. That's really annoying!!!

Versuchte, mir einen Autoschaden einzureden - ich bekam drei Tage nach ordnungsgemäßer Rückgabe des Wagens eine Rechnung über 1.033 € mit der Bitte um sofortige Überweisung. Erst nach schriftlicher Beschwerde und Drohung mit Anwalt, Konsumentenschutz und Medien wurde die Forderung nach 2 Wochen aus "Good Will" zurückgezogen .... Die Firma versuchte aufs Hinterlistigste, mich als Kunden hereinzulegen und zu hintergehen. Eine bodenlose Frechheit ! Das hat mit Kundenservice nix zu tun. Bei der Rückgabe UNBEDINGT den Wagen von oben bis unten fotografieren, damit Sie Beweismittel in der Hand haben. Man sollte diese Firma endlich zur Rechenschaft ziehen und die Kooperation mit Check24 beenden, sonst fallen andere potentielle Kunden auch noch auf deren fiese Tricks herein. Stay away from this fraudulent company !! Tried to talk me into car damage - three days after returning the car properly, I received an invoice for € 1,033 asking for immediate transfer. It was only after a written complaint and threat from a lawyer, consumer protection and media that the claim was withdrawn from "Good Will" after 2 weeks ... The company tried insidiously to trick and deceive me as a customer. A bottomless cheek! This has nothing to do with customer service. When returning, be sure to photograph the car from top to bottom so that you have evidence in your hand. You should finally hold this company to account and end the cooperation with Check24, otherwise other potential customers will fall for their nasty tricks.
f	foooism on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solche Betrüger und Schwindler!!!!!! Zuerst hatten wir per Internet schon eine Versicherung abgeschlossen. Dann als ich beim "Service" war für die Schlüsselabholung hat der Typ mir zuerst eine Versicherung andrehen wollen für ca 70 Euro. Da ich gutmütig bin und mir nicht viel dabei dachte habe ich zugestimmt. Aber die Karte "ging nicht" obwohl genug Geld oben war. Daraufhin hatte er mir die höchste Versicherung von ca 90 euro angeboten, verzeihung angedreht und auf einmal brauchte ich keine Karte...hmm schon komisch...Leider ist das in dem Moment alles schnell gegangen und realisierte alles erst danach. Wirklich Finger weg von diesen Betrügern. Die wollen mit allen Mitteln Geld aus unserer Tasche stehlen. Noch nie eine schlechte Rezension in meinem Leben gesvhrieben, aber diese Firma mit all ihren Mitarbeitern verdient es unterzugehen. Such scammers and swindlers !!!!!! At first we had already taken out insurance via the Internet. Then when I was at the "service" to pick up the keys, the guy first wanted to sell me an insurance for about 70 euros. Since I'm good-natured and didn't think much about it, I agreed. But the card "didn't work" even though there was enough money on top. Then he had offered me the highest insurance of about 90 euros, turned on my pardon and suddenly I didn't need a card ... hmm funny ... Unfortunately it all happened quickly at that moment and only realized everything afterwards. Really stay away from these scammers. They want to steal money from our pockets by all means. Never a bad review in my life, but this company and all of its employees deserve to go under.
P	Phil Stuart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thrifty charged 590 Euro for the attached mark! We looked over the car, and it was given to us with damage all over the wheels etc. Didn't see the scratch in the dark parking lot. But 590 for that, regardless, it's fraud. Wouldn't use again - lucky we insurance to take care of it, but that's not the point.

The car was in a poor condition (6 problematic items on their list) Their was a 7th one (small scratch), hidden in the back where you cant see it in the dark parking. They claim 800euro for this. Crooks, avoid this agency!
E	Eliya Even Zor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst car rental company I have ever had!! They charged me 408€ for nothing! They sent me an email 2 days after I returned the car and left Austria. In the email they wrote "damage claim" and they sent few blurry photos showing the wheels, which according to the photos look fine and not damaged. I sent them 2 email and called few times, no one is answering!! It's a shame to cheat customers like that?
