Nachdem ich dort mit Hilfe eines freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeiters,die für mich perfekte Brille erstanden habe,wurde ich nach ca.einer Woche per Sms darüber informiert,dass diese bereit zum abholen ist. Leider hätte ich es an diesem Tag nicht rechtzeitig geschafft,vor Geschäftsschluss da zu sein,weshalb ich bei Pearle anrief und mein "Zeitproblem" erklärte. Der Mitarbeiter am Telefon meinte,dass wäre keine große Sache,er würde warten,damit ich meine Brille an besagten Tag noch mitnehmen könne. Tatsächlich wartete er bis ca. 19.45 Uhr und als ich eintraf,war er-obwohl er fast seinen Zug meinetwegen verpasst hätte-wahnsinnig freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das werde ich niemals vergessen! Nochmals ein riesengroßes Dankeschön,an besagten Pearle Mitarbeiter! Wahnsinn...☺??? Kudos and thanks to Pearle! After I got the perfect glasses for me there with the help of a friendly and competent employee, I was informed via text message after about a week that they were ready to be picked up. Unfortunately, I would not have been able to be there before business on this day, so I called Pearle and explained my "time problem". The operator on the phone said that was no big deal, he would wait so that I could take my glasses with me on that day. In fact, he waited until about 7.45 p.m. and when I arrived he was incredibly friendly and courteous, even though he almost missed his train because of me. I will never forget that! Another big thank you to the Pearle staff! Madness ... ☺???

D	Danuta Mandelik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider bin ich vom Kundenservice sehr enttäuscht, Da nur eine Stärke meiner Kontaktlinsen in dieser Filiale lagernd war, wurde ich aufgefordert es doch in einer anderen Filiale zu versuchen. Hier könne man mir nicht weiterhelfen. Also das ist für mich KEIN Kundenservice. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the customer service. Since only one strength of my contact lenses was in stock in this branch, I was asked to try another branch. I couldn't be helped here. So for me this is NOT customer service.
E	Enes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe einen Termin für eine Kontaktlinsenanpassung vereinbart. Eine halbe Stunde vor meinem Termin werde ich angerufen und mein Termin wird abgesagt!!!! Dieser Termin war wichtig, damit ich meine Kontaktlinsen rechtzeitig vor meinem Urlaub erhalte. Das ist eine absolute Frechheit! Ich habe leider keinen Handlungsspielraum mehr. I have made an appointment for a contact lens fitting. Half an hour before my appointment I get a call and my appointment is canceled !!!! This appointment was important so that I could get my contact lenses in time for my vacation. That is an absolute cheek! Unfortunately, I no longer have any room for maneuver.

Also 5 verdiente Sterne. I can definitely recommend the Mariahilfer branch. Nice and competent staff, good range but moderate prices, great service. So 5 deserved stars.
D	Dmitrii Polianskii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute im Geschäft und wollte eine Brille kaufen. Der Berater sagte mir, dass ich zusätzlich zu den Rahmen auch Glas kaufen MUSS. Ich fragte nach den Gläsern, die in den Kosten für die Rahmen enthalten sein müssen, und mir wurde gesagt, dass es keine solche Option gibt und dass der Mindestpreis für die Gläser 150 Euro beträgt. Was zumindest nicht mit den Informationen auf der Website übereinstimmt. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und muss aufhören, diesen Shop zu benutzen, obwohl ich dort schon 3 Gläser gekauft habe. I was in the shop today and wanted to buy glasses. The consultant told me that in addition to the frames I MUST buy glass. I asked about the lenses that must be included in the cost of the frames and was told that there is no such option and that the minimum price for the lenses is 150 euros. Which at least does not match the information on the website. I am very disappointed and have to stop using this shop even though I have already bought 3 glasses there.

When I was ordering glasses, they said glasses are covered by Pearle-Garantie (Sollten Sie wider Erwarten nicht 100%ig mit Ihrer Brille zufrieden sein, erhalten Sie den vollen Kaufpreis zurück – ohne Wenn und Aber). - If not 100% satisfied - money back, not question asked - neither 'if' nor 'but'. However, when I came to pick up, I asked again what if my wife doesn't like glasses - may I return? The answer was 'no'. I can return only IF lenses don't fit comfortable BUT not if my wife doesn't like the frame. So I said I'm not 100% satisfied and request return of 50eur deposit. No, they cannot return, they need to get approval from the 'boss' who will come in two days only. So, don't trust their 100% satisfaction policy.
