Es sind zwar nicht alle Mitarbeiter sehr zu empfehlen, aber ich hatte einen von drei, der sich sehr, sehr bemüht hat. Ich war bei zwei Ärzten und die hatten leider versagt, aber dieser Mitarbeiter hat mir sehr geholfen beim Augentest, Kontaktlinsen, Freundlichkeit, Service, . Vielen Dank !! Thank you for the great customer service. Although not all employees are highly recommended, but I had one of three, the very, very hard. I was with two doctors and they had unfortunately failed, but this employee helped me a lot with the eye test, contact lenses, friendliness, service,. Many Thanks !!

Nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit wurde mir dann doch eine Brille "verabreicht" (Beratung war das KEINE). Preis war aber OK. Qualität wird sich in den nächsten Monaten zeigen.... The optics sellers weren't very motivated and preferred to play on their cell phones rather than answer my questions. After what felt like an eternity I was given glasses (advice was NOT). Price was OK. Quality will show up in the next few months ....

Man braucht keinen Termin ausmachen. Bin begeistert! Wir wurden sehr freundlich behandelt. Ich werde definitiv wieder dorthin gehen. Badly needed passport photos for our daughter. It was done in less than two minutes. The child just has to be alert. You don't need to make an appointment. Am thrilled! We were treated very kindly. I will definitely go there again.

Sofort wurde alles geklärt und auch nachgeschaut, ob die Ersatzteile zum bestellen sind (was dann doch nicht nötig war) Bei genauer Erklärung bei der Handhabe der Kamera zeigte der Mitarbeiter Geduld und beantwortete alle Fragen meiner Tochter. Ein großes Lob an den Mitarbeiter!!! My daughter had problems with the video camera. The employee listened carefully to everything and then checked for himself what the problem could be. Everything was clarified immediately and it was also checked whether the spare parts could be ordered (which was not necessary after all). With a detailed explanation of how to use the camera, the employee showed patience and answered all of my daughter's questions. Kudos to the staff!
