Green curry chicken was delicious. Food was great, but I hate their anti consumer practice of adding the cost of the rice to the order without telling you, so it ends up being more expensive than expected. For that reason I’m giving them 4 stars.

Took vegan delight: Good portion for the money (considering it's at Wien HBf), not very fresh or tasty, and too salty.

The prices have gone up, but the portions have gotten smaller. Rice is now charged separately (even with a meal), and the portion I received was soggy. They've also stopped accepting credit cards. I don't think I'll be back any time soon. It's a shame. This place used to be great.

First thing first, kudos for using paper box for the takeaway and also the gigantic portion. But sadly they do quantity instead of quality. We ordered Pad Ka Prao chicken and Pad See Ew chicken. Pad See Ew was way below the bar. I’m actually okay with substituting the real deal with local veggies and ingredients but when it comes to the taste it has to hit the right notes. None, they missed it all, the charred scent of typical wok stir fry was just not there(at all), the veggies soggy and the chicken dry. The consistency was too watery to be Pad See Ew. The only thing I noticed from the first bite to almost the last was extreme sweetness. They forgot to give us the seasoning too. Anyway, Pad Ka Prao was quite decent. Again, sweet but decent. Westernized to fit the locals’ taste buds. My suggestion is to NOT order anything stir-fried at this place. But if you don’t mind Pad Thai that has onions in it, then be my guest. So stick with curries maybe? Not that I know if they’re any good but it’s just easier to get a curry right than the other stuff in my opinion. It’s hard to go wrong with fresh quality chili paste and instant coconut milk. All in all, It’s not bad for a grab-and-go-at-the-train station kinda food but it’s really not for us.

Excellent food. Best I have had in Vienna. Mind you, apart from pastries, I wouldn't give you much for Austrian food. Portion size more than adequate & for Vienna, priced well. You don't get much under €10 in Wien so if you want a great feed at a reasonable price, give Som Kitchen a try.

I am commuting for business 2-3 a month to Vienna from Upper Austria. I ate there the second time yesterday. I always ate the same meal (Pad Thai Chicken) so far since I enjoyed it the first time very much. I think it is the best deal for a warm meal in the central train station. Fair price, good quality, fresh and most important: it tastes very good!

Good tasty food, meat and non-meat options are great alike. Good for people looking for exotic spices other than what they might already know from Indian food. I also often see what looks to me like people with Thai ancestry eating there, so this might be an indication that they are quite authentic.

I must admit that I’m surprise how tasteful the dishes were. We ordered one Som Tan (Papaya salat) with sticky rice, and it tastes so good and then we decided to eat our dinner and ordered grilled-pork salat, beef salat and Green curry with crispy chicken ?? Everything was so delicious and authentic. Thanks for efficient service too. I gladly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
