m	macedonboy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used this station after arriving from Bratislava and leaving on the overnight for Milan. It's a very modern station with all the modern facilities you'd expect from a major station. They have locker facilities in the station which was really useful because I'd arrived well before my hotel check-in time and after checking out of my hotel and waiting for the train to Milan. The station as a whole is clearly signposted and there’s several departure boards all over the station, including at the food court.

My family and I, in the status of temporarily displaced persons during the war in Ukraine, traveled from Bratislava to Paris via Vienna. at the Vienna railway station, we approached the volunteers to clarify information on how we could transfer to the next train to Munich. we were led to the ticket office and told that tickets for 6 people cost 350 euros, and the free train will be only the next day. in order not to sleep at the station, we bought tickets. after waiting for our train, we ended up in a crowded car, where people were sleeping right on the floor. Our seats were also taken. at the same time, there was a free train to Munich nearby, which no one told us about.

P	Paul Hogben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spotlessly clean and super efficient. Huge information board makes sure you know when your train is due. There are lots of clear signs and it's easy to find everything. Lots of places to eat as well and my train was on time.
