myNext - Hotel Leo - Untere Augartenstraße 31

We stayed her in June. We were totally ripped off by this hotel/hostel. Hotel photos are an artist impression and since I spoke to Christian the photo had changed a little. No air conditioning in rooms, open a window and noise is awful. There is a park beside the hotel/hostel does not look safe, noise outside come from park would keep you awake all night. Some staff very unhelpful they have air conditioning in reception and they are nice and cool, when I asked the girl at reception was there air conditioning in the room she said no and looked away. Had to buy and electric fan to try and cool room down. Rooms are small double bed small and against a wall. On our second night there was a scary incident in the lobby with the Police and someone from the park, a robbery or something no explanation given. That was scary. We left the hotel/hostel after 2 days, as it was soo uncomfortable, even though we were to stay 4 nights. No questions asked and still waiting for a manager to get back to us. We were charged over€210 a night and the rooms were tiny, stuffy and not what we saw in the internet. The kitchen us s fridge and a microwave. No seating area in kitchen. Totally miss leading and no help given to us. It is student accommodation at high prices., and was so disappointed with it. Air ruined our holiday.

Hotel Leo became our first choice since we were looking for something clean and cosy, close to the center, at a reasonable price. We choose the two bedrooms apartament, which was big enough for our needs. The rooms look exactly like the photos, the design is friendly and modern, the beds are so comfortable, both rooms had TV (since I read some reviews saying there is no TV, I wanted to mention that we did have it). The room gets clean every day. If you still find dust or dirt, take into consideration the pollution of any big city. There are automatic blinds at the windows, which makes so easy to get the light you want in the room. The rooms dont have the best sound proofing, so you will hear the intense noises if you are tired and need sleep to recover( the tram, speeding cars). The bath has a great shower, the water gets hot instantly and you wont get any fluctuation of water temperature. Good size bathroom with big window, hairdryer, travel size cosmetics and enough toilet paper. You have to try the breakfast here, so pay the ticket for it and spoil yourself before visiting the city. For 8.5 euro /person you could get at your choice lot of good and fresh food, high quality tea and coffee, fresh fruits and vegetables, cereals and fruit yogurt, and plenty of traditional deserts such as Sacher cake, Apple strudell. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Close to the city center, if you like to walk, you can get there in like 15 mins without rushing. There is a tram station nearby (100 meters walk) where you can take the tram to visit Schonbrunn Palace and Zoo or maybe to the center of the City. You can buy the tickets from the tram, at the price of 2.60 euro/person ( you need to have coins for ticket machine). The apartament had a small kitchen but it is barely equipped( glasses, cups, few bags of tea, a water heater, a frigde and a microwave oven). That is all, if you plan to cook or eat in the room.

We've stayed for a few days and we had a great time. Breakfast was the best, you can have everything, cold and hot food for a really good price. Staff really good as well, so friendly and helpful. The only thing in the room is missing a TV and they did not replace towels every day, but for the rest, it's fine, enough space for 3 people and modern furniture.

If you're expecting a small, very basic room then this is exactly what you get! Its perfect for the price and for sleeping and leaving for the day. Very comfortable despite being very simple. Excellent service too. Toothbrush and bathroom accessories available for purchase at the front desk.

This place is amazing. Perfect service, cleaned rooms, perfect location (it is close to the city center). There is a tram and bus station near (in 2 minutes), 2 underground stations are in 6-10 minutes. If you need a perfect place to stay, this one is the best!

New hotel. Very clean and all the people of the staff were always polite and smiling. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety, in a fantastic room, beautifully decorated. The tram stop just outside the hotel (30 m) and the metro station (just 5-minute walk) are very convinient. The only negative was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms and with the windows opened, the noise from the road and especially the tram was very annoying.

The room was ok, nice, clean and big enough. The negative aspect was that we asked for a quiet room but we had this room on the first floor directly facing the tram stop and it was really hot, no air conditioning but a lot of noise with the window opened. Breakfast was really good and people working there really nice.

We stayed for 3 nights in a family studio (4 beds). Overall impression was very good. The personal was very polite, welcome and try to help. The beds are very comfortable. Till the second night the floor was not cleaned (our socks became very dirty). The studio was very well furnitured with wardrobes and bookshelfs but lacking TV, Desk or table, and chairs. In the very well equipped kitchen there were no spoons, forks and knifes. Surprised that there were no curtains, just automatic blinds. We really enjoyed our stay on Vienna.
