★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A szállashely a Lipótvárosban, központi helyen található, egy csendes, nyugodt utcában. Kóddal lehet bejutni a kapun és a lakásba is, mely tágas, nagyon jól felszerelt tiszta, kellemes elhelyezésű. Minden fontos infornációt a neten irnak le, nagyon pontosan. A közelben 5 üzketlánc is megtalálható 5 perces sétára. (Billa, Spar, Penny stb). Minden Bécsbe utazónak tudom ajánlani, még aki gyermekkek utazik is. Parkolás az utcán, de biztonságos. Kényelmes sétával (kb 10 perc) a Prater vidámparkjában voltunk. A villamos és metró közlekedés is nagyon jó.
The hostel is centrally located in Lipótváros, on a quiet street. You can enter the gate and the apartment with a code, which is spacious, very well equipped, clean and pleasantly placed. All important information is written down on the net, very accurately. There are also 5 chain stores nearby, a 5-minute walk away. (Billa, Spar, Penny, etc.). I can recommend it to all travelers to Vienna, even those who travel with children. Parking on the street, but safe. We were a comfortable walk (about 10 minutes) to the Prater theme park. Tram and metro transport is also very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saubere und sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartment mit genügend Raum für vier Personen. Helle Räume und moderne Ausstattung und das Alles zu einem fairen Preis. Die Lage ist ruhig, wenn auch an einer Straße mit Straßenbahnverkehr gelegen. Die Tatsache, dass sich offensichtlich in direkter Nachbarschaft ein Bordell befindet hat nicht direkt gestört - von dem Verkehr dieses Hauses konnte man nichts bemerken.
Parken ist eher schwierig. Der gegenüber gelegene Parkplatz ist zwar äußerst günstig (5€/24Std), aber wird von einem unseriösen Parkplatzbetreiber verwaltet, der sein Geld mit Strafzetteln macht, die sofort beim kleinsten Vergehen fällig sind (ich habe die Parkzeit nur um vier Minuten überschritten und musste bereits 40€ Strafe zahlen. Auch falsch hinterlegte Parktickets führen sofort zur Strafe). Bitte mal die Rezessionen zu Park & Control Pac GmbH lesen !!!
Clean and very well equipped apartment with enough space for four people. Bright rooms and modern facilities and all for a fair price. The location is quiet, although located on a street with tram traffic. The fact that there is a brothel in the immediate vicinity was not directly disturbed - you could not notice the traffic of this house.
Parking is difficult. The opposite parking lot is extremely cheap (5 € / 24h), but is managed by a dubious car park operator who makes his money with fines, which are due immediately at the slightest offense (I only exceeded the parking time by four minutes and had already Pay 40 € penalty, even wrong park tickets will immediately lead to a fine). Please read the recessions to Park & Control Pac GmbH!
