People told me they were unable to check in after 22 pm. I never experienced that problem personally.

Nice rooms and friendly service. Keep in mind if yr planning to stay for Shabbos, u have to walk up at least five floors, with no elevator.

Clean, sparse, spacious apartments in the heart of Vienna's old Jewish quarter. Only single beds available - so you get two unattached beds if you want a big bed. Only provide paper and plastic cups. Uncomfortable furniture. Poor lighting. Nothing luxury or upscale about this place. Close to the Ubahn and streetcar as well as lots of good restos.

Very, very, clean and nice apartment. The small kitchenette was well stocked and very helpful. The bedroom was quite spacious with lots of windows. Beautiful view from the roof and a nice lounge area on the roof as well.

For Shomer Shabbat tourists, this is an excellent hotel. It is convenient for the Kosher markets, and about 4--5 small blocks from the Chabad House. The rooms are *BIG*. They are converted one bedroom apartments, so they basically have two rooms, the main room, which was the living room next to the dining room/kitchen and the bedroom. Either room could easily fit other beds, for large families. There were only two downsides. One is that it is on the *6th* floor. So, it is a big walk down/up on Shabbat, (that is the floor the hotel owns) and may be difficult for families with very small children. The lower floors have permanent residents, many of whom are frum. On the other hand, the 6th floor does provide a nice view of Vienna. The other downside is the service was a bit poor. My wife had a hard time to get them to help her set the air conditioning before Shabbat. For general touring, there are subway and streetcar stops nearby. For walking tours, it is about a <~ 15 min walk to the Danube branch canal and the center city. Didn't find any problem with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bathroom has a washing machine and a towel heater.
