S	Stef 12 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern Studentenheim mit gute Lokation, die Zimmer sind groß. Es ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Es gibt alles was ein Student braucht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, Tijana ist sehr nett und immer bereit zu helfen. Kann nur weiterempfehlen. Modern student residence with a good location, the rooms are large. It's even more beautiful than in the photos. There is everything a student needs. The staff is very friendly, Tijana is very nice and always ready to help. I can only recommend it.
D	Dobromir Chankov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Meine Tochter hat dort 2 Jahre gewohnt. Als Eltern, kann ich nur empfehlen, dass sie nie ihr Kind dort schicken. Ein Student hat im Dezember 2020 probiert sich selbst umzubringen und das Leben von allen in Gefahr gesessen, indem er sein PC und andere Gegenstände vom Fenster geworfen hat. Als ich die blutige Fotos vom Studentenwohnheim gesehen habe, war ich schockiert. Die Heimleiterin frau Tijana Maksimovic hat nur schlechten Eindruck in mir gelassen. Very bad experience. My daughter lived there for 2 years. As a parent, I can only recommend that you never send your child there. A student tried to kill himself in December 2020 and put everyone's lives in danger by throwing his PC and other items off the window. When I saw the bloody photos of the dormitory, I was shocked. Ms. Tijana Maksimovic, the director of the home, left me with a bad impression.

Das Studentenheim ist modern, hat einen Fitnessraum, Lernraum mit Klimaanlage, und große Gemeinschaftsküchen. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. I have been living in Haus Niederösterreich 1 for a year and I can say that I am very satisfied. The dormitory is modern, has a fitness room, study room with air conditioning, and large communal kitchens. The rooms are large and very well equipped. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

But just after one semester living here, it was clear that dorm is overrated: They promised parking spaces,which was not fulfilled; There are common rooms,that were closed all the time; There is always some excuses about every problem we had, like I Haven't Felt that they want to change anything so the complaints didn't work at all. Place is nice when you want to live there for one Semester, and you are living like a classic student. Than the location is great. But if you want to feel like home: bad idea.

The dormitory is relatively new and therefore very modern. Furthermore, it is in a amazing location (only a 15 min walk to the University of Vienna) and an easy access to public transport in general as it is located near the city center and first district! I was very happy with my stay at this student residence.
