A	Aphrodite Markati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, tidy, polite personnel, close to public transport. The breakfast needs improvement and there were fewer tables in proportion of rooms. Our room was difficult to find, we had to take elevator for first floor and then to climb down the stairs with luggages. Not quite sure how secure is in case of emergency.
M	Maja Augustyniak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager of the hotel was very impolite. Tried to convince me that "check in from 2pm does not mean that my room should be avaiable for me from 2 pm ". I was told to come at 2pm to get the keys and still I had to waist one hour waiting at the reception because the room was not cleaned yet.. i was angry and he laughted at my face. Also, the walls are very dirty and breakfast rather boring. This hotel does not deserve 3 stars. Very bad experience.
J	Jens Kunst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is kinda old and shabby, but it was not very expensive and located perfectly. Only 2 minutes walk to the subway. The breakfast is included; nothing too fancy, but it was fine. The WiFi is a bit wonky and slow, but it is working.

The rooms also had plenty of space and were clean and well maintained. One of the only real issues was the lack of air conditioning, which they state clearly that the do not have in their rooms, and so I cannot very well fault them for not having it. The biggest issue was access to the wifi. The signal was strong in and around the lobby, but in my room it was spotty at best, with slow or, more often, no internet access. But other than that, a great, fairly priced stay.

The person managing the desk tried to tell us it was our own fault. When we asked them to turn off their internet data and use the WiFi they had no choice but to agree the WiFi wasn't working . The room card key was faulty too and the attention we received from most of the staff was not even polite. I would not recommend this place to anybody
A	Ajdin Taranis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a old hotel close to the city centre. Very close to the public transport. Room we had was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately windows are not good to keep traffic noise out and sleeping beds are too soft. Breakfast room is not big enough and tables are close. The food is typical and ok. Bathroom was clean and tidy, with huge window that had bad curtain so people in building across can see trough.
̇	̇ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ well it is a good place for 3 stars. the rooms are cozy and good-looking, the bathroom is perfectly okay for an average customer. the breakfast was great, we didn't have other meals tho (i don't even know if they serve them). it lies close to an u-bahn and a s-bahn station, therefore offering a good access to city sights. overall great, basically nothing negative here
C	Condeescu Alexandru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pretty ok hotel. Some rooms are very small and do not have air conditioning. The services are good and the breakfast is good. I found vienna to be a nice and pleasant place to visit. However, i wouldnt recommend going there soley to see vienna as there isnt a lot to do apart from look at palaces and churches (architecture)
