P	Pedro Iatzky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is too good for this place. During lockdown situation in Austria they did not want to refund our money, even though hotels were closed. Finally after many months, the Austrian government mediated in this case and the hotel had to give our money back.
M	Martina Luisa Meier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was very large and very clean. We liked it very much! In addition to the large bed, there was a sofa, a table and a cupboard. The bathroom was also very large and there was plenty of space in the shower. The staff was very friendly and flexible. It is about 10 minutes to the next metro station, with which you can quickly get to the center. But the street is very quiet and there is hardly any traffic. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the airport by Uber.
U	Umang Sonker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing stay. Stayed there for our 3 day trip to Vienna. A very friendly and an amazing setup for backpacking travelling who would like to like to cook. But the plus would always be the staff at the front desk. So helpful and cheerful. I have never seen such level of hospitality before.

Public transport is also easily accessible. The location is rather quiet, rooms are rather spacious and well equipped. Absolutely unexpected we paid for every additional service immediately, although got used to paying at checkout. It adds additional stress to always have our wallet with you.

Otherwise staff are friendly and helpful, the location is great close to the city center. With great little cafés within 10 minutes walking distance.

The location is good but overall it seems more than 2 star as it's kept so well. I expect the 2 star rating is just because it's classed as a hostel but I would consider it a good 3 star standard.
