It was in such a good situation, the room was brilliant, the staff really helpful and with the underground across the road and restaurants just around the corner (recommend Casa caribena just a right turn off Seegassa) you couldn't ask for better accommodation. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is the lack of information in the room re appliances and information for emergencies etc. Usually in a folder or something. Otherwise great. Will definitely book again.

Scuff marks on tables, loose hinges on cooking utensils, etc). WiFi coverage depends on the room, and speeds are slow especially during peak times.

Double-paned windows mitigated the unrelenting noise, but unseasonably warm weather turned the room into an oven. The climate-control system failed to lower the temperature, so I had to open the windows, and the resulting clamor made sleep nearly impossible. Next night, I switched rooms but at a price of €45/night more. This courtyard-facing room was much better and was quiet except for the pounding of my upstairs neighbors’ feet. On my fourth evening I asked for more coffee pods but was charged for them; no matter if a customer stays one night or four, he/she gets six complimentary pods and then is charged for replenishment. Not a big deal but a petty policy; it’s the small stuff that often distinguishes a great stay from a merely satisfactory stay. Unless something changes, I’ll likely stay elsewhere on my next visit.

Right on the canal, great price. The concierge is always helpful too. Laundry room in the basement is very nice. Had some wifi problems but so does everywhere

Riverside views spectacular, roof terrace awesome. Sat watching the sunset over the roof tops and mountains. Highly recommended.
h	hila gross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ overall the apartment was perfect for us. however we had few issues, I contacted you in advance saying I'm coming with a toddler and you told me about the steps and the concierge will be happy to help me with it, but they never offered any help. the concierge was suppose to be at the desk between 8AM to 4:30PM, however we saw them only in the mornings, never after 12PM, which was very hard to ask for things. The room was clean, but the cleaning team always took the baby towel, we had to ask the concierge daily for an extra towel for the baby otherwise we had only 2. this was very annoying. also we had to ask for simple things to be refilled, like the coffee pods or the dishwasher tablet, for us it seems like the cleaning team just cleaned the room without checking if something missing.
L	Loida Garza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay in Vienna! It's only a 30 min. walk away from the center of the city. Big, spacious rooms with a nice bathroom/walk-in shower and a nice kitchen. The staff is very friendly and we loved being able to wash our clothes here at no extra cost (with laundry powder and fabric softener included). My husband and I enjoyed staying here.
