★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechte Erfahrung mit den Mitarbeiterinnen. Sehr unfreundlich und teilweise richtig frech zu den Kunden. (und ich war nicht nur einmal in diesen Shop). Werde diesen Shop nie mehr betreten und alle meine Verträge (inkl. Internet und 2 Telefonverträge nach Ablauf der Fristen sofort kündigen) .
Bad experience with the staff. Very unfriendly and sometimes really cheeky to the customers. (and I haven't been to this shop just once). I will never enter this shop again and immediately terminate all my contracts (including Internet and 2 telephone contracts after the deadlines have expired).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Beratung. Am besten unter der Woche ab 9.00 dann haben die Angestellten mehr Zeit und weniger Stress. Ich bekam genau die Produkte, die für mich optimal sind. Anna ist Top Beraterin und ich war bereits in Wien vorher vergeblich mit meinen Wünschen im Shop genauso wie auch beim Telefonservice.
Best advice. Ideally during the week after 9.00 am then the employees have more time and less stress. I got exactly the products that are optimal for me. Anna is a top consultant and I was already in Vienna with my wishes in vain in the shop as well as with the telephone service.
