M	Martin Dueller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich! Meine Frau war heute beim T-Mobile Shop in Villach am Hauptplatz um sich über mein defektes Huawei Mate 20 Pro zu erkundigen. Sie wurde zuerst von einer Dame sehr freundlich empfangen, welche sich aber über den Ablauf der Beanstandung des defekten Displays selbst bei ihrem Mitarbeiter erkundigen musste. Dieser Herr hat dann gesagt dass er das Handy nur einschicken kann, dauert 2 Wochen. Bei der Nachfrage ob das Gerät repariert wird oder ausgetauscht wird, wurde der Mitarbeiter dann unfreundlich und laut, so das meine Frau den Shop, unverrichteter Dinge verlassen hat. Zum ersten ein Gerät dass 1000,- Euro kostet sollte man vielleicht austauschen und zum zweiten sollte T-MOBILE seine Mitarbeiter besser schulen damit sie in Stresssituationen freundlich bleiben. Der Shop sieht mich als Kunden jedenfalls nicht mehr. Die Beanstandung wird über Huawei direkt abgewickelt. Unfriendly! My wife was at the T-Mobile Shop in Villach on the main square today to inquire about my defective Huawei Mate 20 Pro. At first she was received in a very friendly manner by a lady who, however, had to ask her employee about the process of the complaint about the defective display. This gentleman then said that he could only send the cell phone in, it would take 2 weeks. When asked whether the device would be repaired or replaced, the employee became unfriendly and loud, so that my wife left the shop without having done anything. Firstly, a device that costs 1000 euros should perhaps be replaced and, secondly, T-MOBILE should better train its employees so that they remain friendly in stressful situations. In any case, the shop no longer sees me as a customer. The complaint will be handled directly by Huawei.

Wir haben eine kostenlose Stornierung vorgenommen, troztdem hat die T mobile es nicht weitergeleitet und der Vertrag stand immer aktiv. Die Gebuehren wurden von uns abgezogen und immer noch ist das Problem nicht geloest. Very bad experience and unprofessional staff. We made a free cancellation, but T mobile did not forward it and the contract was always active. The fees have been deducted from us and the problem is still not resolved.

The central t mobile when i called refusing to return me 10 euro because my credit was zero, so i will never buy more t mobile

The girl that served me as very rude and did not listen: she gave me the wrong package and apparently forgot to register my Meldezettel because when months later I passed Tarvisio the data package stopped working. I got confirmed via call center that my registration was not there at all. Worst service ever
