Hab wie besprochen angerufen und zusagte das ich ihn nehme. Ich schickte danach wie besprochen per E-Mail eine Liste mit Dinge die am Traktor noch gemacht werden müssen. Danach Funkstille. Ich erkundigte mich Donnerstags nochmal was den los sei und der Verkäufer meinte er müsste mit dem Chef sprechen der aber Urlaub sei und meldet sich Montags. Es folgte kein Rückruf. Also Ruf ich den Verkäufer nochmals an und der sagte nur ein Kolegge hätte den Traktor schon verkauft. Toll. Ich werde mich von dieser Firma fern halten. Company without handshake quality. Looked at a tractor on Friday and agreed to report the following Monday. Called as discussed and agreed that I would take it. I then emailed a list of things that still need to be done on the tractor as discussed. Then radio silence. I asked again on Thursday what was going on and the seller said he should speak to the boss who was on vacation and reports on Monday. There was no recall. So I call the seller again and he said only a Kolegge had already sold the tractor. Great. I will stay away from this company.

Da wir sehr geduldig Beraten wurden(da wir keine Österreicher sind) haben wir uns für eine Claas Rundballenpresse entschieden. Es wurde auf den Hof geliefert, und eingeschulte. Von Anfang bis zum erste Ballen-perfekt!! Danke gerne wieder We looked around at some dealers for a round baler. The LT-Villach has a large selection of machines. Since we were very patiently advised (since we are not Austrians), we decided on a Claas round baler. It was delivered to the yard, and schooled. From the beginning to the first bale - perfect !! We inquired about a Kreisler over the phone, the first contact was super friendly and additional pictures were sent immediately. Trotzdem habe ich am selben Tag den gesamten Betrag überwiesen. Am 25.05 bekamen wir die Nachricht das DHL die Hausnummer fehlen würde, diese haben wir dann noch einmal mitgeteilt. Trotz allem haben wir einen Monat später noch keine Lieferung erhalten. Auf Mail Anfragen reagiert die Firma schon nicht mehr!!! I made an order here on May 14th. Shipping to Germany was very expensive with a surcharge of 15 euros. Nevertheless, I transferred the entire amount on the same day. On May 25th we received the message that DHL would be missing the house number, which we then communicated again. Despite everything, we haven't received a delivery a month later. The company no longer responds to mail inquiries !!!

Freundlich, lösungsorientiert, Transport wurde organisiert - und das, obwohl es sich dabei eigentlich um eine (für Landmaschinenbegriffe) Kleinigkeit handelte! Kann man zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Seldom experienced such a complication-free transaction! TOP! Friendly, solution-oriented, transport was organized - even though it was actually a minor matter (for agricultural machinery terms)! Can be 100% recommended!

Da wir aus der Steiermark angereist sind, waren wird begeistert, dass das Fahrzeug in der Ausstellungshalle startklar vorbereitet war. Lieferung und technische Durchsicht waren inklusive. So funktioniert moderne Landtechnik! Mr. Schumi gave me competent, detailed and patient advice on the purchase of a used MF tractor. Since we came from Styria, we were delighted that the vehicle was ready to go in the exhibition hall. Delivery and technical inspection were included. This is how modern agricultural technology works!
