★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achtung wer die Option online bestellen+im Geschäft abholen wählt, verzichtet auf die im Fernabsatzgesetz festgelegte 14 tägige Rücktrittsmöglichkei , dies wird einem erst dann gesagt, wenn ein Artikel nicht den Vorstellungen entspricht. In meinem Fall war es ein Polar Plulsgurt, den ich zu hause auspackte, den Karton entsorgte, da ich den Artikel ja behalten und verwenden wollte. Leider war das Teil mit meinem Handy nicht kompatibel und ich erinnerte mich an die Zusage auf der e-tec Seite " Rückgabe auch ohne Verpackung"leider wurde ich dann vom Verkäufer aufgeklärt, ich hätte das Produkt ja im Geschäft begutachten können und hier dann nicht kaufen müssen, so aber wurde die Rücknahme auch seitens der Zentrale verweigert! Ich werde sicher nicht mehr bei e-tec einkaufen und dies auch in meinem Umfeld so weitergeben!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer sich in einem "Discounter" viel Beratung erwartet, liegt normalerweise falsch. Nicht so in diesem Fall. Die Beratung, in meinem Fall für einen Gaming-PC, war ausgezeichnet. Sinnvolle Alternativen wurden aufgezeigt, preislich absolut in Ordnung... mehr als das... Hier kann man sich PCs selbst zusammenstellen und -bauen lassen, die wären bei gleicher Ausstattung bei den Elektro-Riesen um einige hundert EUR teurer... und ich habe das wirklich im Detail verglichen! 5 Sterne, und das absolut verdient!
Whoever expects a lot of advice from a "discounter" is usually wrong. Not so in this case. The advice, in my case for a gaming PC, was excellent. Useful alternatives were shown, the price was absolutely okay ... more than that ... Here you can put together and build your own PCs, which would be a few hundred euros more expensive with the same equipment for the electrical giants ... and me really compared that in detail! 5 stars, and absolutely worth it!

Wenn man mit seinem Computer oder mit seinem Komponenten Probleme hat, helfen sie mit allen Möglichkeiten, diese zu beheben. Es gibt fast kein Problem, dass Sie nicht lösen können. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eher nicht mehr, Online Sachen bestellen ist vollkommen OK, Auch wenn man dort vielleicht Teile für PCs braucht, aber was Probleme mit PCs, angeht kann ich dort nichts weiterempfehlen.
Meine angeblich kaputte Grafikkarte wollte man behalten, nach mehreren Tests hat diese ganz normal funktioniert. Nicht mit mir!
Service ist gut, wenn man dort Geld liegen lässt, aber sonst Support für PCs, also wirklich wenn etwas kaputt ist und man weiß nicht was, versuche ich lieber selber herauszufinden was los ist.
Rather not anymore, ordering things online is perfectly OK, even if you might need parts for PCs there, but as far as problems with PCs are concerned, I can't recommend anything there.
They wanted to keep my supposedly broken graphics card, but after several tests it worked normally. Not with me!
Service is good if you leave money there, but otherwise support for PCs, so really if something is broken and you don't know what, I prefer to try to find out what's going on myself.
