G	Gary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben in dem Shop beim Mobiltelefon und Mobilem Internet eine Vertragsverlängerung durchgeführt, außerdem wurden beide Verträge auf Magenta Eins zusammengeführt um die Magenta Eins Vorteile zu nutzen. Obwohl wir das nicht brauchten wurden uns noch andere Produkte aufgeschwatzt, Handyverscherung, Internetschutz, Online Zeitschriften, Magenta TV, so erklärte man uns das eine Vertragsverlängerung anders nicht möglich ist und ja, ein Monat Gratis wäre, jedoch war das für uns wieder mit dem Aufwand verbunden später wiederzukommen und die zusatz Produkte wieder zu kündigen! Das Krönchen wurde aufgesetzt, bei einem weiteren gezwungenermaßen Notwendig gewordenen Besuch in dem Shop, da die versprochenen Vorteile von Magena Eins nicht bei der Rechnung abgezogen wurden! Ausgestattet mit der Rechnung sowie der Kundennummer Ausweis und Kundenkennwort meiner Frau konnte oder wollte mir dort nicht weitergeholfen werden und ich wurde aus Datenschutzgründen an die Hotline verwiesen!! Der Service in diesem Shop ist einfach unterirdisch, ich überlege mir nach 15 Jahren T Mobile (Magenta) den Anbieter zu wechseln! We extended the contract for mobile phones and mobile internet in the shop, and both contracts were merged on Magenta Eins in order to take advantage of the Magenta Eins benefits. Although we didn't need it, other products were talked into us, mobile phone sales, Internet protection, online magazines, Magenta TV, so we were told that there was no other way to extend the contract and yes, one month would be free, but that was again with the effort for us Connected to come back later and cancel the additional products again! The crown was put on during another visit to the shop that had become necessary because the promised advantages of Magena Eins were not deducted from the bill! Equipped with the invoice as well as my wife's customer number, ID card and customer password, I could not or did not want to be helped there and I was referred to the hotline for data protection reasons!! The service in this shop is just abysmal, I'm considering changing providers after 15 years of T Mobile (Magenta)!
