★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mein iPhone 12pro mit Bildfehler durch einen Schaden am Display in die Filiale nach Villach gebracht. Ich wurde äußerst kompetent beraten, habe ohne Wartezeiten den Kostenvoranschlag für die Versicherung und in weiterer Folge auch den Apple-Zertifizierten Displaytausch (nach 3h abholbereit) bekommen - und gleich noch ein neues Panzerglas, angebracht ohne Luftbläschen oder dergleichen. TOP Service, SEHR freundlich und auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!
I brought my iPhone 12pro to the branch in Villach with a picture error caused by a damage to the display. I was advised extremely competently, got the cost estimate for the insurance and subsequently also the Apple-certified display exchange (ready for collection after 3 hours) without waiting times - and also a new bulletproof glass, attached without air bubbles or the like. TOP service, VERY friendly and definitely recommended!
