j	jonathan halevy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New apartment hotel. Wonderful staff, friendly and very helpful. Lovely modern apartment. Free capuccino/espresso and excellent tea selection at G floor. Perfect location, short walking distance from Belvedere palace and main train station.

Very sincere and attentive service from our arrival till goodbye. The apartment felt just as comfortable as a home would. Interiors are avant-garde and cosy. The staff members warm, eager and knowledgeable. S	Susan Carvalho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well located right next to the main Vienna station which is also a shopping centre. Modern spacious room with everything you need including kitchen cloths. Large comfy bed. The host Anna was very helpful. Would strongly recommend and return.
R	Roman Dronov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room(apartment)was well equipped, clean and warm during cold autumn. Most of all, I liked tiny kitchen where I could cook breakfast. Kitchen had everything from microwave to dishwasher. It was easy to adjust climate control for your own needs. There is a big transport node near the hotel metro+S-Bahn+tram+train station, but I preferred to board at Belveder tram station and went to the center this way, looking at unique buildings from the window. Also CAT train or Vienna Mitte is in 2 stations (no more than 10 minutes) by S-bahn boarding at Belveder station. At the lobby was very delicious tea about 5 or 6 kinds. Camomile tea was the best of all. And it was free. Only one minus that I found. There was no soap, and it was hard to find on Saturday as everything was closed. Maybe it's a good thing to put or at least sell it, Billa at the center, that was the only working supermarket had closed department with all bathroom accessories. So I had to use antiseptic. Also neighbour is really quite. It's surrounded by offices, So you can have breakfast at cafes which work during the weekdays. Stuff was friendly. So totally recommend this place and wish JOYN company luck with development of this hotel/serviced apartments

Free tea and coffee on the ground floor. Many places to eat and buy food around the building. I recommend and will definitely stay there again!
f	farooq amin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent there four nights in August. Excellent location, very nice staff, especially Stephen, Daniel and Anna. Free tea and coffee at the ground floor. The room was clean and has enough space, including a kitchenette, refrigerator and a microwave. The name sign is very small and difficult to be seen from distance. If they provide a vending machine will be better although there is a very big supermarket at the nearby train station.

M	Meghan Moore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joyn is located next to the train station and is surrounded by office buildings. It is quite a far walk to downtown Vienna/Innere Stadt (~40 minutes). My husband and I typically like to stay off the beaten path when we visit a new city, but I didn’t feel like we got the true Vienna experience staying here. Joyn seems most suitable for extended stays, business travel, etc. The room/apartment was very clean and spacious. However we personally found the pillows (extremely soft/unsupportive) and bed (spring mattress) to be very uncomfortable. The only toiletries are a 3-1shampoo/conditioner/body wash and there are no extra bath towels or daily housekeeping.
