K	Ke Hu (Kevin) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am adding comments for my stay in 2019. I love this hotel. I had a conference in Graz and are connecting flights in Vienna. The hotel is artistic, modern and clean. I remember the shower room is especially spacious and beautiful. Great location - near to metro and walk distance to touring places. The roof top is the highlight - with nice view (see my photo) and good snacks (try octopus)! Formal food is so so - I only had buffet in the morning that I remember there are too many guests and too few waiters/waitress that day.

Excellent in almost every way. I've sort of reached the point where I'm tired of Airbnb (mysteries, lack of standards, etc.) but still want a homey stay. So, this is the Andaz Vienna - amazing staff, nice guests, super clean, comfy rooms in every sense of the word, wonderful but not off-putting design elements, particularly in the rooms. I never knew how inspiring herringbone floors could be! Great decision.. Property aside, what really made the stay very special was the reception staff working from 12 - 17 August. Rally, among the very best hospitality staff I've ever encountered around the globe. We loved this hotel so much we extended two extra nights. Thank you Andaz! By the way, excellent gym - whether compared against hotel standards or vs a normal city gym...had everything, super clean, spacious.

The room was gorgeous, the gym facilities were big and clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was top-notch. The building is super cool modern architecture. The free sparking water in glass bottles and espresso in the lobby were really nice touches. For the current prices, after Hyatt 3x points earning, this hotel is an unbeatable deal.

Modern outlook, beautiful rooms, very comfortable bed (very hard to find for me typically). Hotel's restaurants food was really good (delish!), we had breakfast buffet and dinner on separate occasions. Hotel is a bit away from the main city (and I guess, hence the lower property prices) but it is well connected by public transport, tram station is 5-7 mins walk and "D" tram will take you to the main part of the city (5-10 mins away by tram). Special shout out to Frau Nikolina who was just amazing in helping us find the best places to see within the city, made suggestions and reservations for us to try the local cuisine and was one of the most helpful concierge/front desk staff members that I have interacted with ever! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will definitely visit again.

It is decorated with great amount of style inside regarding interior, bunch of pictures on the walls, sculptures in the waiting room. Stuff is very kind and give you all necessary information. The rooftop bar is great place for relaxing, especially for couples and group of friends. Music is very cool, atmosphere also, and view from a terrace is fantastic. This is 5-star hotel, so if you want to spend few hours on the rooftop bar, be prepare to pay very good for this pleasure ?
