Located next to Vienna Central Station, which is a good starting point to discover the many attractions of the city. Hotel is very clean, it has comfortable rooms and very friendly staff.

We had a very unpleasant experience booking this hotel recently. They were very unreasonable at the check in counter for our reservation with regards to covid related protocol. At the time of booking, I specifically checked with them on the requirements and they mentioned you can just present any fully vaccinated certificate at the time of check in. But when we went there, they started scanning the vaccination certificate with some app that was not able to track Covishield (Astra Zeneca) and denied us the room. We also had a negative RTPCR test with us but they did not accept that as well and keep saying that we will only accept proof that our app is able to scan. Both Covishield vaccine certificate and negative RTPCR test was accepted as proof while entering Austria but the guy at the check in counter (Riad) was so stubborn to consider that. He even tried to alginate that we might be presenting a fake vaccine certificate, which we managed to show the legitimacy via an online Indian Govt. website in one of his staff's mobile. Even after that he called the local Police to resolve the matter. But the police was bit reasonable in handling the issue even though this guys tried to manipulate them saying the response we provided at the time of booking was standard one and we had nothing to do with that. After all that drama lasting more than 2 hours, since the hotel was completely inconsiderate of our situation that they are already ruining our holiday and we would need to book something spontaneous for an unreasonably high price to spend our stay in Vienna, we just requested the police officer to at least get us the refund from Novotel. But in a nutshell, it was a completely unprofessional of them to commit something while accepting the booking and later denying at the time of check in. Honestly, I have stayed in many hotels / resorts before and even during covid time, no other hotel has been that rude to us. I guess sometimes people just forget how the situation was when nobody was travelling and the industry was experiencing super losses. Therefore, such behaviour during the recovery phase, do not think could help any service provider in the market.

We, as a family, stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The room service was good too. Both the days, we returned to find a well-kept, organized room with towels changed, bedsheets done, etc. The breakfast had a good spread and was fresh and tasty. The staff was nice and friendly too. They helped us with our luggage on the last day after the checkout. We saved money on lockers in the main station. The proximity of this hotel to the main station made transit and travel easier. All in all, a pleasant stay.

We stayed for 2 nights. Friendly staff. Check-in was fast. Room was clean and spacious than I expected. Right next to the Wien main train station. Also, the tram stop is located really nearby, so easy to move to the city center (about 8-10 min.). Breakfast was good with fresh fruits. We liked staying here for the short trip this time.

Nice room. Perfect location. Comfy beds, but the ac system was in winter setting, so no ac cooling. Lots of glass so it was very warm in the room with sunny weather. Reception advices to open up the window, but this hotel is located next to the very loud central station. We did not sleep. Would not recommend! Price way to high for hotel without AC in winter!!

What a lovely hotel! We stayed for 2 nights . Staff is extremely friendly. Room was clean and spacious than I expected. Right next to the Wien main train station. Also, the tram stop is located really nearby, so easy to move to the city center. Loved the overall ambience and service!

Had a great stay for 3 nights with family of 2 kids n 1 infant. Absolutely had no problem during the stay. Location excellent Just opposite to vienna central train station. Breakfast excellent. Hospitality of each of staff member was too good especially to mention the friendliness n hospiatble behaviour of respected ladies in the dining area. Hotel ambience n Outlook very good. Only thing was that i wanted to get the bedsheets changed which was not done, i think it was missed...but overall a memorable stay...thankyou guys

Excellent hotel 2d walk from the main train station at the exit from the gate next to the restaurants. Clean hotel very good service.Breakfast breakfast.There is a gym and sauna 19th floor overlooking Vienna. Convenient public transportation Train to the airport 15 minutes. Buses and tram D and subway U1.
