★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A régi Südbahnhof helyén épített irodapark tiszta rendezett közössegi terekkel. Az irodaépületek közti parkok és sétányok a helyiek találkozóhelye. Azért négy pont, mert elég "személytelen", a vilag minden részén talákozunk hasonló irodaparkkal.
An office park built on the site of the old Südbahnhof with clean tidy common areas. The parks and walkways between the office buildings are a meeting place for locals. Four points because it’s pretty “impersonal,” we come across a similar office park in every part of the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Gegend ist ein typisches Beispiel für unsere "grüne" Stadtplanung. Gebäude in jeder Art mit viel Glas, der Anteil an Pflanzen ist eher dürftig. Sehr sauber, da neu, sehr steril. Lädt nicht gerade zum Verweilen ein.
This area is a typical example of our "green" town planning. Buildings of any kind with a lot of glass, the proportion of plants is rather poor. Very clean, as new, very sterile. Doesn't exactly invite you to linger.
