B	Brian Long on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best hotel/apartment stays I have had for years. The place is practically brand new and you can sense that the designers put some thought into the needs of contemporary travellers. It’s very close to the main station and the underground as well as to supermarkets. I appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine in the room and I was very grateful for the late-night check-in using an app. Within ten minutes of my train’s arrival I was in the room. Highly recommended.

Called the reception 3 times telling them that my room wasn't clean when I arrived, nobody bothered to change the room for me or clean it. Worst customer service. Nails and hair on my bed, dirt on the floor. Internet not working Totally disgusting. On top of that, I was refused full refund after paying for 6 nights and only staying for one due to the condition of the room and zero response from the staff.
E	Elana Nichols on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Air Conditioning! The place is VERY hot in the daytime. Also, at night it is very hot, unless you want to open the windows to have noise. The staff at the front desk is very awesome, she helped me by giving me fans. Unfortunately, the fans are not really helping with the heat at night. The main problem with this hotel though, is the terrible internet speeds. It is crazy because we chose this hotel because it advertises as a hotel that is set up for business travelers. The internet is spotty and not good enough to work from home, especially if you have to take a call with a client online. I find it very strange that they are marketing to business people, yet provide terrible, slow internet. I cannot even make a call to family back home either. I have reached out to management, and they are not responding to me. Terrible!
A	Ameline Capoen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really loved this place! It was very confortable, clean and simple. For people thinking of travelling in and out of Vienna by train, this place is perfect! It might seem a bit far from the center but having a walk through belvedere in the morning is not that bad! At that, we would like to recommend renting a bike, navigating through the city by bike is very easy and practical. The city's bike rental service is almost free and they are located at the station, right next to smartments!

Reception is only until 17:00 open Monday to Friday and lucky me I arrived on Friday afternoon. They gave me a discount card for breakfast a crossroad the main station but that place its closed at the weekends also.

We were given a used and dirty room, dishes in the sink, hairs in the bath and on the bed and a horrible smell. I immediately called "customer service" and they kept me on the line for more than twenty minutes. I was told they would compensate us with twenty euros, I explained to them that I did not want money, I only need a clean room! They sent a cleaning lady who started cleaning quickly and carelessly, cleaned the floor with the towels, worked without gloves and without a mask. We had to rebook a different hotel and lost our money
