The night receptionist was trying to be helpful but could not get the room safe to work, so I had to carry our passports and a large amount of cash with us when we went out. Location was good if you want to be near the main train station but not close to more beautiful areas of central Vienna.
R	Ruairidh MacVeigh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, a very nice hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were well kept and maintained, and there was a generally nice atmosphere about the place. However, we found that the breakfast service (for the 6.90 Euro asking price) was severely underwhelming, with very few options and those options available being of little quality. We opted instead to venture into the city and find open cafes. The other major issue was the toilet, which was designed the wrong way round. I'm not sure if this was some kind of error, or if it's a design of toilet used on the continent, but the experience of using it was both awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel was a cheap and cheery place to stay in Vienna, considering the price of some hotels, but there are some major niggles that could be amended for a more enjoyable staying experience.

If immigration can read....this guy should be sack. I was inted to book here by a colleague. Normally you deserve a law suit for this. Dont book here, not reliable not even a star they deserve.

A	Arnab Das on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was worst experience ever in the heart of the city like Vienna. We stayed here for one night. The booking was made through Agoda with City view. The initial room which was provided us having no curtain in the windows and when I went to reception, they just avoided me. Later I pushed them and finally they became convinced to change the room. And second thing is the Wifi.. there was no connection in the room and I had to attend an urgent client call. After that I left the hotel and went to Vienna rail station to have the connection.
D	Dominica Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uncomfortable bed and noise coming in from corridor. Worst two nights ever spent in a hotel. I'm a very good sleeper, but this bed was so uncomfortable that I had sleepless nights. To make things worse, the noise from the corridor was coming in unblunted through the door , even during the night at 3-4 o'clock. The pictures of the room on the website are heavily edited. Seriously don't understand how this place can have a rating above 3 stars.
